• Separators such as hyphens, commas, etc. (common requirements for writing names) can be used in the name. Using these signs can achieve name identity. For example: "СФЕРА ПЛЮС," "СФЕРА-ПЛЮС," "СФЕРА, ПЛЮС" are all different names. However, the additional character quotes " " will not be considered another name.

What phone number should be provided during enterprise registration?

During enterprise registration, it's advisable to provide a working landline (office) phone number. This phone number will be recorded in the state register, and all government agencies, including the tax and pension funds, will know how to contact you in case of any questions. You will be able to respond promptly and resolve issues quickly. If the phone number is non-functional or difficult to reach, government agencies may resort to financial sanctions, investigation, involving tax authorities, or legal actions.

It's also not recommended to use a mobile phone number: officials may not always be allowed to call a mobile phone from their work phone, and using their personal phone can be costly.

Can a seal be made in English?
