Do You Need a Lawyer or Is the Diia App Enough?
Registering a FOP or LLC through the Ukrainian government app «Diia» is free and can be done independently. You need a lawyer if:
- there is a foreign founder or director
- you need VAT registration simultaneously with company registration
- the founder is abroad and cannot submit documents in person
- the ownership structure is complex (multiple founders, corporate rights)
- you need a registered legal address
- you have no time to deal with activity codes (KVEDs), articles of association and tax systems
