Legal services on representation of interests of the parties in commercial courts of Ukraine.
Legal services on representation of interests in the economic court are intended for plaintiffs and defendants in the following legal disputes:
- Disputes on collection of accounts receivable in the economic courts of Ukraine;
- Legal disputes on the recognition of contracts invalid;
- Litigation on real estate relations;
- Litigation on investments in real estate, construction, land assets;
- Litigation on lease relations;
- Initiation of proceedings in bankruptcy cases.
Composition of services rendered on representation of interests in the commercial court:
- Preparation of statements of claim, responses to statements of claim;
- Preparation of complaints against decisions, determinations, rulings of economic courts;
- Participation at meetings of economic courts - representation and defense of the interests of the plaintiff or defendant in the economic court;
- Challenging the decisions of economic courts in appeal, the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine, the Supreme Court of Ukraine.
Representation of interests is carried out:
- In commercial courts of Ukraine;
- In commercial courts of appeal;
- In the Supreme commercial Court of Ukraine;
