Yrincom offers ready-made LLCs in Kyiv with no prior business activity and with VAT registration. Company prices start from UAH 5,000, and the indicative transfer costs for one new participant and one new director are shown below. The usual transfer time frame is 3-5 business days. All companies are registered to real individuals, checked and ready for transfer.

Why buy a ready-made company

• VAT status from day one. Registering a new LLC as a VAT payer takes time and is not always guaranteed. A ready-made company with active VAT status lets you start work immediately.
• A company with an earlier registration date. Some tenders, public procurement procedures and partner contracts require a company to have existed for at least one year. A ready-made company can meet that requirement.
• Fast start. The transfer usually takes 3-5 days. Registering a new LLC from scratch may take a similar time, but it will not give you an existing VAT status.
• Activity codes can be adjusted to your business. The ready-made companies already have basic KVED activity codes, but during the transfer we can change or add activity codes for your business without a separate fee for that action.

How the purchase works

1. Choose a company from the list. Or tell us which activity code or district you need and we will find a suitable option.
2. Provide documents. Passport and Ukrainian tax number, RNOKPP, for the new participants and director. If there is a foreign participant, documents with apostille or legalisation and Ukrainian translation are required.
3. Agree on the registered address. You can use your own address or purchase ours.
4. We prepare and file the documents. Articles of association, protocol, corporate rights transfer deed and registration of changes with the USR.
5. Receive the full document package. USR extract, articles of association, protocols, transfer deeds, VAT register extract and copies of previous tax returns.

A note from our advocate: If you plan to change the company name, registered address or add new activity codes, it is often better to do this at the same time as the participant change. This can help avoid unnecessary notary and registration costs.

Cost of company transfer

Indicative transfer costs for one new participant and one new director:

For each additional participant beyond the first, notary costs increase: articles of association +500 UAH, protocol +500 UAH, transfer deed +500 UAH.

What we check before the sale

• Tax authority status: we check the company's tax registration status, tax debt position and current VAT status as of the transaction date.
• Legal cleanliness: we check state registers, court registers and open sources to confirm there are no debts, asset freezes or problematic history.
• Filed returns: we hand over copies of the most recent tax returns so you can see the company's actual position at the time of purchase.

Frequently asked questions

Why buy a ready-made company instead of registering a new one?
If you need VAT status immediately or a company with a registration date of more than one year ago, registering a new company will not solve this quickly. A ready-made company addresses both needs within 3-5 days.

Does the company have any debts or tax arrears?
No. All companies in our list are checked before sale. They have not conducted real business activity and have no debts, asset freezes or open court proceedings.

How long does the transfer take?
Usually 3-5 business days after all documents are prepared and notary and state fees are paid.

Can I buy a company remotely?
Yes. If the new participant and director cannot be present in person, a notarised power of attorney is used. For participants abroad, apostille or legalisation and Ukrainian translation are required.

Can I change the activity codes or company name during the purchase?
Yes. The activity codes or company name can be changed at the same time as the company is transferred to the new participants and director. If this is done within the same procedure, there is no separate fee for changing the activity codes or the name.

Can a foreign individual or foreign company buy a ready-made LLC?
Yes. A foreign individual or foreign company can become a participant in a Ukrainian LLC. For the transfer, properly prepared documents are required, with apostille or legalisation and Ukrainian translation where necessary. For details, see the page Company Registration Documents.

Does the new director need to be present at the notary's office?
As a rule, the new director and new participants must be present in person to sign the documents. If any participant cannot attend, we work through a notarised power of attorney. We also coordinate signing with the current owners and arrange the notarised transfer of the corporate share.
