Yrincom offers ready-made LLCs in Kyiv with no prior activity and with VAT registration. Company price starts from UAH 5,000 and the transfer service to new founders and a new director costs UAH 1,500. The usual time frame for the transfer is 3-5 business days. All companies are registered to real individuals, have been checked and are ready for transfer.

Why buy a ready-made company
- VAT registration from day one. Registering a new LLC as a VAT payer takes time and is not always straightforward. A ready-made company with an active VAT certificate lets you start work immediately.
- A company with an established registration date. Some tenders, public procurement contracts and partnership agreements require a company to have been in existence for at least a year. A ready-made company meets this requirement from the start.
- Fast start. The transfer takes 3-5 days. Registering a new LLC from scratch takes the same time but does not come with existing VAT status.
- Activity codes already in place. The companies in our list have activity codes for specific sectors including IT, agriculture and trade. We can match you with the right option.

How the purchase works
- Choose a company from the list. Or tell us which activity code or district you need and we will find the right match.
- Provide documents. Passport and tax identification number for the new founders and director. If there is a foreign participant, documents with apostille and translation are required.
- Confirm the registered address. You can use your own address or purchase ours.
- We prepare and file the documents. Articles of association, founders' resolution, corporate rights transfer deed and registration of changes with the USR.
- Receive the full document package. USR extract, articles of association, resolutions, transfer deeds, VAT register extract and copies of previous tax returns.
A note from our advocate: If you plan to change the company name, registered address or add new activity codes, it is often worth doing this at the same time as the founder transfer. Combining these changes into one procedure can reduce notary and registration costs.

For each additional founder beyond the first, notary costs increase: articles of association +300 UAH, resolution +300 UAH, transfer deed +500 UAH.

Frequently asked questions
Why buy a ready-made company instead of registering a new one?
If you need VAT status immediately or a company with a registration date of more than a year ago, registering from scratch will not solve this quickly. A ready-made company addresses both needs within 3-5 days.
Does the company have any debts or tax arrears?
No. All companies in our list are checked before sale. They have not conducted real business activity and have no debts, asset freezes or open court proceedings.
How long does the transfer take?
Typically 3-5 business days after all documents are prepared and notary fees and state fees are paid.
Can I buy a company remotely?
Yes. If the new founders and director cannot be present in person, a notarised power of attorney is used. For founders outside Ukraine, an apostille and a translation into Ukrainian are also needed.
Can I change the activity codes or company name after purchase?
Yes. Changing activity codes or the company name is a separate registration action after the transfer is complete. We can assist with this if needed.
Can a foreign national be a founder of the purchased company?
Yes. A foreign national can be a participant in a Ukrainian LLC. Documents with apostille and a certified translation into Ukrainian are required.
Does the new director need to be present at the notary's office?
As a rule, the new director and new founders need to be present in person to sign the documents. If any of the participants cannot attend, we work through a notarised power of attorney. We also coordinate the signing process with the current owners and handle the notarised transfer of the corporate share.
