All ready-made companies are registered for the purpose of further resale.

The companies we sell are different from other offers:

The businesses have not conducted any activity other than token turnovers, which were necessary to obtain a VAT certificate.
The ready-made companies, which were registered more than one year ago, had one-off turnovers in order to avoid the revocation of the VAT certificate.
All businesses are duly registered: registration for homeless people and "dead souls" is excluded in principle. 
VAT certificate is obtained legally.

The procedure of buying a ready-made company is very simple and consists of several steps:

1. You choose a ready-made company from the list.
2. Provide us with the documents we need to re-register the ready-made company with your founders and director.
3. Provide a new registered office or use our registered office.
4. We prepare the documents required for re-registration to your founders.
5. After re-registration you receive a complete package, which is necessary for full operation:

• extract from the UDR;
• certificate from the statutory department;
• Articles of Association;
• Act of acceptance-transfer of corporate rights;
•  Minutes of the meeting of founders on establishment and minutes on change of founders and appointment of a new director;
• extract from the register of VAT payers;
• copies of tax returns.
