Legal Services Prices
Yurinkom Law Firm has worked since 1992. Below are indicative prices for our main legal services in Kyiv and remotely across Ukraine. Fees are shown in euro for international clients and cover service in English. We give the exact price after a short description of your situation, so please write or call us.
How fees are set. Most services have a fixed price. Complex or long matters are billed hourly (EUR 40-70 per lawyer hour) or as a percentage of the amount in dispute. For court cases the fee depends on the instance and the number of hearings.
1. Consultations
Below are the prices for a lawyer's consultation. If you are looking for how much a lawyer consultation costs in Ukraine or the hourly rate of an attorney, use these fees as a guide. We advise by phone, online and in the office; the exact amount is confirmed for your question.

4. Court representation
The fee for a lawyer's representation in court depends on the instance and the number of hearings. We handle cases in courts across Ukraine: through the "Electronic Court" system and videoconference we take part in hearings of any court, not only in Kyiv. Frequently asked questions
How much does a lawyer consultation cost?
An oral lawyer consultation lasts up to 30 minutes and costs EUR 30 for individuals and sole proprietors and EUR 40 for legal entities. A written legal opinion with references to law costs from EUR 40.
Is the price fixed or can it change?
For most services we quote a fixed price before we start. In complex matters, where the scope is not known in advance, we bill hourly or as a percentage of the amount in dispute, and we agree this beforehand.
What is included in the fee?
The fee covers the lawyer's work on a specific task. Court fees, notary and other state charges are paid separately; we inform you about them in advance.
Can you work remotely and not only in Kyiv?
Yes. We handle cases across Ukraine remotely: we agree documents online and take part in court hearings through the "Electronic Court" system and videoconference. Payment is by bank transfer.
How to order and pay
Write or call us, describe your task, and we will quote the price and the timeline. Payment is by bank transfer: via Privat24, a transfer to our account at any bank in Ukraine, or through Privatbank terminals. We send the payment details and instructions after the service is agreed.
Services are provided under a public offer. Work outside business hours and urgent instructions may be charged at a higher rate, of which we inform you in advance.
