The cost of an hour of work by a partner or employee of the Legal Company "Yurinkom" outside of working hours is increased by 1.5 times. Non-working hours in this context refer to the time from 6:00 pm to 9:00 am on weekdays, as well as on holidays and weekends.
The cost of travel time of a partner or employee of the Legal Firm "Yurinkom" to the CLIENT or on his behalf is calculated based on the hourly rate of the partner or employee, multiplied by a coefficient of 0.5.
In the event that the CLIENT insists on the urgency of the assignment and the Law Firm "Yurinkom" accepts such a condition, the cost of an hour of work by a partner or employee of the Law Firm "Yurinkom" is calculated based on the hourly rate of the partner or employee, multiplied by a coefficient of 1.3.

- Cost of representing the Client's interests in appellate economic and appellate administrative courts for 1 court/day: 3000 UAH.
- Cost of representing the Client's interests in the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine and the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine for 1 court/day: 4000 UAH.
- Cost of representing the Client's interests in civil disputes in general jurisdiction courts of the first instance for 1 court/day: 2000 UAH.
- Cost of representing the Client's interests in civil disputes in appellate general jurisdiction courts for 1 court/day: 3000 UAH.
