Igor Balaban has practised law since 1992: he started as a legal assistant and established his first law firms the same year. In 1998 he graduated from the Law Faculty of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv with a Specialist degree in Law. On 30 September 1998 he received advocate's certificate No. 1435/10. In 1999 he founded Advocate's Bureau "Balaban and Partners".

How we work

Before any contract is signed, we study your documents and give you a direct assessment of whether the matter has a realistic prospect. If it does not, we explain why and do not take the case. Fees for consultations, registration services and standard court documents are published in the price list; fees for complex matters are agreed after reviewing the documents, before work starts.

Many matters are handled remotely: documents are exchanged electronically and payment is by bank transfer. Clients abroad can work with us without travelling to Ukraine. Decisions in your matter are made by lawyer Igor Balaban personally.
