Grounds and list of required documents for obtaining a residence permit:
Original work permit;
Original passport with a Ukrainian D-04 visa (for citizens of countries: Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Moldova, Belarus, no "D" visa required) and a mark on crossing the Ukrainian border after the date of obtaining the work permit;
Medical insurance policy (can be arranged by our lawyers).
Family reunification is possible exclusively with a spouse (husband/wife) and children up to 18 years old.
Document confirming that the foreigner is a family member of the host (for spouses – marriage certificate, for children/parents – birth certificate). Residence permit of the host;
Documents on the availability of sufficient financial support from the host for the maintenance of family members in Ukraine;

After the war started I had to leave the territory of Ukraine, and then my residence permit expired. Can I return to Ukraine without a visa?
Answer:
According to the new resolution of the CMU dated November 1, 2022, all residence permits that expired after February 24 (the day the war started) are automatically extended until the end of the war plus 1 month. Thus, your residence permit is valid and you have the legal right to return to Ukraine without a visa. In addition, you have the legal right to apply for the exchange of your residence permit for a new one.

Do citizens of countries for which there is a visa-free entry to Ukraine (EU countries, CIS countries, USA, Canada, etc.) need a residence permit?
Answer:
If you sometimes come to Ukraine for a short period of time, you do not need to. But if you are going to reside in Ukraine for more than 90 days during 180 days, you will have to get a residence permit. After obtaining a residence permit you will be able to come to Ukraine at any time and you will not be limited by the period of stay in Ukraine - 90 days.

Can I get a residence permit through your company (posvidka) to register as a private entrepreneur and be a single tax payer in Ukraine?
ANSWER:
Yes, having received a residence permit you can register a FO-P, SPD.
You can switch to the simplified taxation system and pay single tax only after obtaining the status of a resident of Ukraine.

Can I get a residence permit in Ukraine to enter Schengen countries without visas.

No. Visa-free regime in the Schengen countries and other countries is valid only for citizens of Ukraine. But, having received a residence permit in Ukraine, you have the right to apply for a visa at the embassies located in Ukraine. Based on our experience, we can confidently say that in most cases in Ukraine more loyal conditions to applicants for visas to enter the Schengen zone, the United States, Canada and other countries.

Answer:
Yes, they can. The period of temporary residence permit for your wife and children cannot exceed 1 year.
Your spouse can get a temporary residence permit on the basis of the residence permit you received.
Children under the age of 18 can also obtain a residence permit on the basis of the residence permit of one of the parents. Answer: At the moment the Migration Service of Ukraine has suspended the acceptance of any applications from Russian citizens: obtaining/extending residence permits, immigration permits, extending the period of stay, etc.
These restrictions do not apply to russian citizens who are :
husband or wife of a citizen of Ukraine;
children or parents of Ukrainian citizens;
full brother or sister, grandparents or grandchildren of Ukrainian citizens;
persons who have served in the Armed Forces of Ukraine for three years or more;
persons who came to Ukraine for employment purposes.
If a residence permit in Ukraine is obtained by such a citizen for the first time, it is necessary to obtain a visa D.
