For this purpose, I authorize my representatives to operate the said pleasure craft in accordance with its intended purpose, to represent my interests in notary bodies, commission shops, exchanges, inspections, the Shipping Register of Ukraine, and other enterprises, institutions and organizations, regardless of their subordination and forms of ownership and affiliation, on all issues without exception related to the operation, alienation (sale, purchase, exchange) of the motorboat, its re-equipment, repair, change of main elements, and state technical inspection; to determine at his/her own discretion the place of parking of the motorboat; if necessary, to deregister it; to submit and receive necessary certificates and documents, including applications, duplicates of registration documents in case of their loss, to conclude on my behalf civil law contracts for the disposal and use of the motorboat, determining at his/her own discretion the price and other terms thereof, to receive monetary amounts due to me under these contracts; to pay on my behalf the vehicle owners' tax, as well as to perform all other legally significant actions.
The power of attorney is valid until September twenty, two thousand twenty-five, with the right to delegate powers to other persons.
