List of services included in the price:
1. Preparation of the founding documents in accordance with the new requirements of the Tax Code.
2. Preparation of the protocol of the meeting of participants (founders).
3. Registration of changes in the Unified State Register.

List of documents needed for the preparation of registration documents for a NGO:
- copies of passports and identification codes of all NGO founders and all members of the management bodies;
- contact details (phone, email) of all NGO founders and all members of the management bodies;
- the name (full and abbreviated) of the organization in Ukrainian and if available in English;
