1. A photocopy of the passport (page with photo, page with passport issuance details, page with registration). A copy of the passport must be translated into Ukrainian with notarization, and it should be done by the client or in the translation bureau of our partners.
2. A photocopy of the identification number assignment certificate. If the founder is a non-resident of Ukraine and does not have an identification number, our company provides a service for assigning an identification number.
3. If the founder cannot come to Kyiv for the notarized signing of the founding documents, a proxy can sign the documents on their behalf. To do this, two powers of attorney of the following content should be provided to us:

Documents required for registration of an enterprise with the participation of a non-resident legal entity of Ukraine.
To commence registration, the parent company must submit the following documents:
1. A document that confirms the fact of registration of the foreign legal entity in the country of its domicile, in particular: extract from the commercial, banking or judicial register, certificate of state registration, Certificate of incorporation, Certificato di iscrizione nella sezione ordinaria, etc.
2. Documents confirming the ownership structure of the founders of the foreign legal entity, which makes it possible to identify the natural persons - owners of the substantial participation of this foreign legal entity. If it is possible to trace the ownership structure to natural persons on the basis of the documents mentioned in item 2, no additional documents shall be submitted.
If the non-resident founder has other legal entities as founders, it is necessary to submit documents from these founders, which confirm their composition of founders, and so on until the composition of founders of physical persons is visible.
