Limited Liability Company [name], with its registered office at Kyiv [address], EDRPOU code ________, acting through its Director [full name of citizen A.], who acts on the basis of the Charter, pursuant to Article 244 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, hereby authorises [full name of citizen B.], who resides in Kyiv [address], to represent the interests of the Company on matters of concluding, amending and terminating lease agreements for the Company's immovable property located in Kyiv [address], with the right to:
- submit applications, letters, motions, notices and other documents on behalf of the Company;
- receive extracts from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Formations, the State Register of Rights to Immovable Property, the State Land Cadastre, certificates, decisions, notices and other documents related to the conclusion and performance of lease agreements;
- agree on essential terms, conclude, amend and terminate lease agreements, sign agreements, supplemental agreements and handover acts as the Company's representative on terms approved by the Director;
- submit and receive documents for state registration of the lease right and other related rights and encumbrances, if required by law;
- pay the necessary fees, administrative charges, notarial costs and other expenses related to the preparation, registration and performance of lease agreements;
- perform other actions necessary for the proper processing of lease relations and the protection of the Company's interests.
This power of attorney is issued without the right to delegate the powers to third parties for a period of three years and remains valid until "___" ____________ 20__.
The content of Articles 244-250 of the Civil Code of Ukraine regarding the concept of a power of attorney, its form, terms, delegation, termination of representation under a power of attorney, revocation of a power of attorney and refusal of a representative to perform actions specified in the power of attorney has been explained to me.
