For this purpose, I authorize my representatives to operate the said pleasure boat in accordance with its intended purpose, and to represent my interests before notaries, commission shops, exchanges, inspection bodies, competent state authorities that carry out registration, accounting and technical supervision of vessels, the Shipping Register of Ukraine, and other enterprises, institutions and organizations regardless of their subordination and form of ownership, on all issues without exception related to the operation, use, disposal, sale, exchange, lease, loan, pledge, insurance, re-equipment, repair, replacement of main components, state technical inspection, registration, re-registration, deregistration and entry of changes in the registration data of the boat; to determine at his/her own discretion the place of berthing or parking of the boat; if necessary, to deregister and register it; to submit, sign and receive the necessary certificates, applications, statements, extracts and duplicates of registration and technical documents in case of loss; to conclude, amend and terminate on my behalf civil law contracts for the use, disposal and storage of the boat, determining at his/her own discretion the price and other terms thereof, to receive monetary amounts due to me under those contracts; to pay on my behalf taxes, fees, duties and other mandatory payments related to the use, operation and disposal of the boat, as well as to perform all other legally significant actions connected with this power of attorney.
The power of attorney is valid until September twenty, two thousand twenty-five, with the right to delegate powers to other persons.
