in accordance with the oral power of attorney agreement and in compliance with the requirements of Article 1007 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, have issued this power of attorney
[Full name of citizen B.] (hereinafter referred to as the Representative),
registered in the State Register of Individuals Payers of Taxes and Other Obligatory Payments with the identification number ____________
residing in the city of Irpin, Kyiv region, [address],
for representation before the relevant customs authorities with the right:
 to act as a declarant of a vehicle purchased by me abroad - a passenger car PRADO LAND CRUISER 150, manufactured in 2022, chassis No. WCM2201671Z366034;
 submit a customs declaration and all documents necessary for customs control and clearance to the customs authority that will carry out the vehicle clearance;
 to be present during the customs clearance of the vehicle presented for such clearance;
 receive documents issued in connection with this power of attorney, including certificates, etc. from the customs authorities;

to represent me before the relevant departments and employees of the State Automobile Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (hereinafter - the SAI) with the right to:
 submit applications and other documents to the traffic police units on my behalf;
 to receive from the traffic police any documents belonging to me drawn up on the basis of this power of attorney, including a temporary registration certificate, vehicle registration certificate, technical inspection certificate and other documents, license plates (including transit plates), etc.
The representative also has the right to pay monetary amounts due from me, including taxes and fees (mandatory payments) charged by the customs authority, traffic police, etc., to represent me before third parties when driving the car on my own or accompanying it during transportation to my place of residence in Ukraine (Irshava), to submit the car for state technical inspection, and, if necessary, to represent my interests in any other institutions, enterprises and organizations regardless of their form of incorporation.
The power of attorney is issued for a period of one year and is valid until January fifteenth, two thousand twenty-three, without the right to delegate powers to other persons.
