For the proper exercise of the powers granted by this power of attorney, the representative of [full name of citizen B.] shall be granted all the rights required by the current legislation related to ensuring the proper operation of the vehicle, in particular with regard to
 technical inspection of the crane;
 its maintenance and repair;
 signing and submitting applications and/or other necessary documents related to the power of attorney on my behalf;
 ordering and paying for services;
 paying the necessary fees and taxes on my behalf (including payment of the vehicle owner's tax);
 conclusion of the vehicle owner's liability insurance contract;
 transportation of the crane (driving while it is in motion) in the course of fulfilling the power of attorney;
 performing all other legal actions within the limits and to the extent provided for by the legislation of Ukraine for such powers of attorney.
The power of attorney is issued WITHOUT the right to alienate the crane and without the right to delegate powers to third parties and shall remain in force until February nine, two thousand twenty-two, unless terminated earlier than the specified date by cancellation in accordance with the requirements of civil law, of which I will notify the representative in writing.
This power of attorney shall be valid in case of change of the address of the place of residence of the person authorized by me or change of his/her passport.

The content of Articles 240-245, 247-250 of the Civil Code of Ukraine regarding the concept of a power of attorney, its form, terms, assignment, termination of representation by power of attorney, revocation of a power of attorney and refusal of a representative to perform actions specified in the power of attorney has been explained to me by a notary.
