- represent my interests before the State Service of Maritime and Inland Water Transport and Shipping of Ukraine (Maritime Administration), its territorial bodies, insurers, and business entities providing services for maintenance, repair, mooring, storage, towing, launching, transport and operation of vessels;
- submit, sign and receive applications, explanations, motions, forms, acts, certificates, extracts, the ship ticket, other ship documents and documents required for the registration and accounting of the vessel;
- prepare, submit and receive documents concerning vessel registration, temporary registration, entry of changes into the Ship Book of Ukraine, removal of the vessel from the Ship Book of Ukraine, and receipt of a duplicate or replacement documents instead of lost ones;
- conclude, amend and terminate insurance contracts, receive insurance policies, certificates and other documents related to an insured event, and claim and receive insurance compensation;
- order and pay for services related to the proper operation and maintenance of the vessel, and pay taxes, fees, administrative charges and other mandatory payments related to its registration, maintenance, operation, mooring and storage;
- perform other legally significant acts necessary for the proper operation and maintenance of the vessel, within the limits of the current legislation of Ukraine.
For the performance of the granted powers, the representative may use and operate the vessel for its intended purpose.
This power of attorney is issued without the right to dispose of the vessel and without the right to delegate these powers to third parties, and remains valid until "___" ____________ 20__ year or until its cancellation in the manner prescribed by civil law.
