I, [full name of citizen A.], passport series ____ No. _____________, issued by _______________________________ on "____" _____________ ______ year, taxpayer identification number ____________, residing in Kyiv [address], acting freely and with full awareness of the meaning of my actions, pursuant to an oral mandate agreement and Article 1007 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, hereby authorise [full name of citizen B.], who resides in the village of Chervone, Andrushivka district, Zhytomyr region [address], to use and represent my interests in relation to the flatbed trailer type E, Niewiadow BR2, model BR2, made in 2017, grey in colour, chassis No. TYUM4568416, as evidenced by the vehicle registration certificate series _____ No. _________, issued by the territorial service centre of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Kyiv on "_____" __________ _____ year, and registered in my name at the territorial service centre of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Kyiv on "____" ____________ _____ year, with the right to:
- represent my interests before the MIA service centres of Ukraine, the National Police of Ukraine, notaries, commission shops, enterprises or units providing maintenance and repair of vehicles, and other enterprises, institutions and organisations regardless of their subordination and forms of ownership;
- submit, sign on my behalf and receive applications, explanations, motions, forms, acts, notices, requests and other documents, sign for me, receive the vehicle registration certificate, temporary registration certificate, number plates, including transit plates, and other documents relating to the trailer;
- carry out registration, re-registration, deregistration and changes to the registration data of the trailer, undergo technical inspection (technical control) where required by law, organise maintenance, repair, diagnostics, parking, storage, towing and transport of the trailer, including driving it while it is being moved, provided the attorney has the relevant category of driving entitlement;
- order and pay for services related to the operation of the trailer, and pay taxes, fees, administrative charges and other compulsory payments related to its registration, maintenance, operation, storage and use;
- starting from "___" ____________ 20__ (after the existing restrictions are lifted), dispose of the said trailer, including selling, exchanging, leasing, lending, pledging it as security for my own obligations, entering into sale, exchange, lease, loan and pledge agreements, and also represent my interests before notary bodies, commission shops, insurers and other enterprises, institutions and organisations on all matters connected with the sale and formalisation of the trailer;
- perform other legally significant acts necessary for the proper operation and maintenance of the trailer, within the limits of the current legislation of Ukraine.
For the performance of the granted powers, the representative may use and operate the trailer for its intended purpose.
This power of attorney is issued without the right to delegate these powers to third parties, and remains valid until "___" ____________ 20__ year or until its cancellation in the manner prescribed by civil law.
The content of Articles 244-250 and 1007 of the Civil Code of Ukraine has been explained to me.
