- represent my interests before MIA service centres, the National Police of Ukraine, notaries, commission shops, vehicle maintenance and repair providers, and other enterprises, institutions and organisations regardless of their subordination or form of ownership;
- submit, sign and receive applications, explanations, petitions, forms, acts, certificates, requests and other documents on my behalf, sign for me, receive the vehicle registration certificate, temporary registration card, duplicate registration document in case of loss, number plates, including transit plates, and other motorcycle-related documents;
- carry out state registration, re-registration, deregistration and changes to the registration data of the motorcycle, undergo technical inspection where required by law, arrange maintenance, repair, diagnostics, parking, storage, towing and transportation of the motorcycle, including driving it while moving it if the representative holds the relevant driving licence category;
- enter into, sign and perform sale, exchange, lease, loan, commission and pledge agreements, except for a gift agreement, and any other agreements related to the disposal, use and securing of obligations in respect of the motorcycle; represent my interests before notaries, insurers, commission shops and other business entities in matters of completing the paperwork for the transfer and disposal of the motorcycle;
- order and pay for services related to the operation of the motorcycle, and pay taxes, fees, administrative and other mandatory payments connected with its registration, maintenance, operation, storage and use;
- perform any other legally significant acts necessary for the proper operation, maintenance and disposal of the motorcycle within the laws of Ukraine.
When exercising the powers under this power of attorney, the representatives may use the motorcycle outside Ukraine.
This power of attorney is issued with the right to delegate powers to other persons and remains valid until «___» ____________ 20__ year or until it is revoked in the manner established by law.
The content of Articles 244-250 and 1007 of the Civil Code of Ukraine has been explained to me.
