I, [full name of citizen A.] (as of the date of issue of the power of attorney - passport _________ issued by ___________________________________ "__" _______________ ____ year; taxpayer identification number - __________), residing at Kyiv [address], and acting under a power of attorney with the right of subdelegation, certified by a notary of the Kyiv City Notary District ___________ "__" ________ ____ year under register No. __ (form ___ No. _______), on behalf of the PRINCIPAL [full name of citizen B.] (taxpayer identification number - ____________), who resides at Kyiv [address], fully aware of the legal consequences of my actions and within the powers granted to me in the original power of attorney, which is still valid on the date of this transaction, and pursuant to Articles 244 and 1007 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and in confirmation of the oral agency agreement concluded with the agent, in the premises that are the workplace of the notary of the Kyiv City Notary District Kvitka Alla Mykhailivna (Kyiv, Mykhailivska Street, 6a, apartment 3), whom I chose voluntarily and to whom I applied of my own free will, by this power of attorney I partially delegate the powers granted to me and authorise [full name of citizen V.], who resides at Kyiv [address], to drive and transport the vehicle belonging to the PRINCIPAL on the basis of the VEHICLE REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE ___________, issued by the territorial MIA service centre in Kyiv on "__" ____________ _____ year, a TOYOTA LAND CRUISER PRADO 150 vehicle, year of manufacture 2022, body No. YTIHH20V330257853, registration number ___________, registered in the name of the owner by the territorial MIA service centre in Kyiv on 03 August 2022, and, if he has the relevant driving licence category, to drive the vehicle while transporting it.
For this purpose, I authorise him to represent the interests of the PRINCIPAL before MIA service centres, the National Police of Ukraine, notaries, vehicle service stations, insurers and other enterprises, institutions and organisations connected with the transport, technical maintenance and paperwork for the vehicle, to submit and receive applications, certificates and other documents, to obtain temporary registration documents and number plates, including transit plates, and to perform other acts necessary for transporting the vehicle.
The powers granted under this power of attorney may not be further delegated to third parties.
This power of attorney remains valid until "___" ____________ 20__ year, unless its validity is terminated earlier by me or by the principal (the vehicle owner).
The notary has explained to me the content of Articles 240-245 and 247-250 of the Civil Code of Ukraine regarding the concept of a power of attorney, its form, terms, subdelegation, termination of representation by a power of attorney, revocation of a power of attorney and the refusal of a representative to perform actions specified in the power of attorney.
