POWER OF ATTORNEY

I, [full name of citizen A.] (a citizen of Ukraine; passport _______________, issued by _______________________________ "__" ______________ ____ year; taxpayer identification number - ________), residing at Kyiv [address], and acting under a power of attorney with the right of subdelegation, certified by a notary of the Kyiv City Notary District _____________ "__" _____________ ____ year under register No. __ (form __ No. ___), on behalf of [full name of citizen B.] (taxpayer identification number - ______________), who resides at Kyiv [address], fully aware of the legal consequences of my actions and within the powers granted to me in the original power of attorney, which is still valid on the date of this act, and pursuant to Articles 244 and 1007 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and in confirmation of the oral agency agreement concluded with the agent, in the premises that are the workplace of the notary of the Kyiv City Notary District Kvitka Alla Mykhailivna (Kyiv, Mykhailivska Street, 6a, apartment 3), whom I chose voluntarily and to whom I applied of my own free will, by this power of attorney I partially delegate the powers granted to me and authorise [full name of citizen V.], who resides in Bila Tserkva, Kyiv Region [address], to sell the vehicle belonging to the principal on the basis of the VEHICLE REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE ___________, issued by the territorial MIA service centre in Kyiv on "__" ____________ _____ year, a TOYOTA LAND CRUISER PRADO 150 vehicle, year of manufacture 2022, black colour, body No. YTIHH20V330257853, registration number ___________, registered in the name of the owner by the territorial MIA service centre in Kyiv on "__" _____________ ___ year, and, if he has the relevant driving licence category, to drive the vehicle while transporting it to the place of sale.
For this purpose, I authorise him to:
- represent the principal before MIA service centres, the National Police of Ukraine, notaries, commission shops, insurers, vehicle maintenance and repair stations, and other enterprises, institutions and organisations regardless of their subordination or form of ownership;
- submit, sign and receive applications, certificates, acts, contracts, the vehicle registration certificate, a duplicate in case of loss, number plates, including transit plates, and other documents related to the vehicle;
- deregister the vehicle and register it in accordance with the procedure established by law, amend the registration data, including in case of a colour change or replacement of vehicle units, and submit and receive the documents required for concluding the sale agreement;
- enter into and sign on behalf of the owner sale agreements and other documents related to the sale and disposal of the vehicle, and represent the owner's interests in insurance companies on issues of vehicle insurance and insurance payments;
- pay the necessary fees, taxes, state duty and other mandatory payments on behalf of the owner and, if necessary, receive refunds thereof and receive the money under the concluded agreements;
- perform all other acts necessary for the proper execution of the sale and disposal of the vehicle within the current legislation of Ukraine.
The powers granted under this power of attorney may not be further delegated to third parties.
This power of attorney remains valid until "___" ____________ 20__ year, unless its validity is terminated earlier by me or by the principal (the vehicle owner).
The notary has explained to me the content of Articles 240-245 and 247-250 of the Civil Code of Ukraine regarding the concept of a power of attorney, its form, terms, subdelegation, termination of representation by a power of attorney, revocation of a power of attorney and the refusal of a representative to perform actions specified in the power of attorney.
