is aware of the general requirements, compliance with which is necessary for the validity of the transaction, fully realizing the significance of his actions and in accordance with the free expression of will, which corresponds to my inner will as a participant in this transaction, within the powers granted to me in the general power of attorney, which on the day of this transaction is not terminated on any of the grounds provided for in Article 248 of the Civil Code of Ukraine,
in accordance with the requirements of Articles 244, 1007 of the Civil Code of Ukraine on the basis of and in confirmation of the oral power of attorney agreement concluded with the attorney,

In order to fulfill the powers granted by this agreement, the representative is entitled to:
submit applications, any documents related to the above powers;
receive all documents, without exception, necessary and proper for the owner (executed for the owner)
to sign for the owner of the car, including signing agreements on the above-mentioned alienation of the said car in the interests of the owner, agreements on compensation for damage in the event of a road traffic accident on the terms known to him/her, in compliance with the relevant requirements of the applicable family and civil law;
to represent the interests of the owner in insurance companies on all issues related to vehicle insurance and receipt of insurance amounts;
in order to fulfill the powers granted to transport the car (drive it) (in compliance with the requirements of the RULES of state registration and registration of cars, buses, as well as self-propelled machines constructed on the chassis of cars, motorcycles of all types, brands and models, trailers, semi-trailers and motorized wheelchairs, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1388 dated September 7, 1998);
to deregister a car (and surrender state license plates) or register it with the State Automobile Inspectorate within the time limits established by law;
represent the interests of the owner in all institutions, enterprises and organizations, regardless of their form of ownership and subordination, on issues related to the operation of the said car and the exercise of the rights of the car owner (in particular, in the relevant competent authorities in case of changes to the vehicle registration certificate, change of color or replacement of car units; in notary bodies; at maintenance and repair stations, etc;)
in case of loss of the registration certificate - to ask for the issuance of the relevant title document or its duplicate, with the right to receive such a document;
to obtain transit numbers, if necessary;
to pay the necessary fees and taxes on behalf of the owner (including state duty, vehicle owner's tax), and, if necessary, to receive their refund;
receive money as a result of the concluded agreements;
perform all other actions within the limits and to the extent provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine for this type of authorization, and which the owner would have to perform if he or she personally dealt with the above issues.Повноваження, надані за довіреністю, не можуть передаватися третім особам.
The power of attorney shall remain in force until November eleven, two thousand twenty-five, unless terminated earlier by me or the principal (car owner).
The content of Articles 240-245, 247-250 of the Civil Code of Ukraine regarding the concept of a power of attorney, its form, terms, assignment, termination of representation by power of attorney, revocation of a power of attorney and refusal of a representative to perform actions specified in the power of attorney, as well as the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Income Tax" have been explained to me by a notary.
