Power of attorney

I, [full name of citizen A.] (born on "__" ______________ ___ year; passport __________, issued by _____________________ "__" ______________ ___ year; taxpayer identification number - _____________), residing at [address], and acting under a power of attorney with the right of subdelegation, certified by a private notary of the Kyiv City Notary District ___________ "__" ____________ ___ year under register No. ___ (form __ No. ______), on behalf of [full name of citizen B.] (taxpayer identification number - _________), who resides at [address], fully aware of the legal consequences of my actions and within the powers granted to me in the original power of attorney, which is still valid on the date of this act, and pursuant to Articles 244 and 1007 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and in confirmation of the oral agency agreement concluded with the representative, in the premises of the notary's office of the Kyiv City Notary District Kvitka Alla Mykhailivna (Kyiv, Mykhailivska Street 6a, apartment 3), whom I chose voluntarily and to whom I applied of my own free will, by this power of attorney I transfer my powers to [full name of citizen V.], who resides at [address], and [full name of citizen G.], who resides at [address], and/or [full name of citizen D.], who resides at [address], for representing the owner's interests in respect of the vehicle belonging to him on the basis of the VEHICLE REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE ___________, issued by the territorial MIA service centre in Vasylkiv, Kyiv Region on "__" ____________ ___ year, a TOYOTA vehicle, model LAND CRUISER PRADO 150, year of manufacture 2022, grey colour, chassis No. YTIHH20V330257853, registration number AA2035KA, which was registered in the name of the owner by the territorial MIA service centre in Vasylkiv, Kyiv Region on "__" _____________ ____ year and deregistered for sale on "__" ___________ ___ year (without issuing transit plates, but indicating the engine number - _______).
For the purpose of exercising the powers granted by this act, on behalf of the owner and for the exercise of his ownership rights in respect of the said vehicle, the representatives (jointly and separately, independently of each other) are entitled to:
- submit applications and any documents related to the above powers;
- receive all documents, without exception, necessary and proper for the owner and prepared for the owner;
- sign for the owner of the vehicle, including executing transactions for the disposal of the said vehicle in the owner's interests;
- transport the vehicle (drive it) in compliance with the requirements of the Rules on state registration and accounting of cars, buses, and self-propelled machines built on car chassis, motorcycles of all types, brands and models, trailers, semi-trailers and motorized carriages approved by Resolution No. 1388 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 7 September 1998;
- receive money under the concluded contracts;
- perform all other acts within the limits and scope provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine for such powers of attorney.
Providing these powers does not mean the right to further subdelegate them to third parties unless such right is expressly provided for in the original power of attorney.
This power of attorney remains valid until "___" ____________ 20__ year, unless its validity is terminated earlier by me or by the principal (the vehicle owner).
The notary has explained to me the content of Articles 240-245, 247-250 of the Civil Code of Ukraine regarding the concept of a power of attorney, its form, terms, subdelegation, termination of representation by a power of attorney, revocation of a power of attorney and the refusal of a representative to perform actions specified in the power of attorney.
