According to this power of attorney, citizen B. has the right to represent my interests in notary bodies, commission shops, traffic police bodies, enterprises or units of vehicle maintenance and repair, other enterprises, institutions and organizations regardless of their subordination and form of ownership on all issues without exception, related to the operation, alienation (sale, purchase, exchange) of the bus, its re-equipment (change of type and model of the bus, color, replacement of the engine, body, other parts in accordance with the established procedure), repair, and state technical inspection; determine at their own discretion the place of parking of the bus; if necessary, deregister or register the bus; obtain transit numbers; to submit and receive the necessary certificates and documents, including applications, vehicle registration certificate, a duplicate of the registration document in case of its loss; to conclude on my behalf civil law contracts for the disposal and use of the bus, except for the gift agreement, determining at my discretion the price and other terms thereof, to receive the amounts of money due to me under these contracts; to conclude contracts for compulsory insurance of civil liability of the vehicle owner, to obtain a policy

The content of Articles 247-250 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, paragraph 55 of the Rules of State Registration and Registration of Automobiles, Buses, as well as Self-Propelled Machines Constructed on the Chassis of Automobiles, Motorcycles of All Types, Brands and Models, Trailers, Semi-trailers and Motorized Wheelchairs, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 7, 1998 No. 1388, which stipulate the need to reissue a power of attorney in case of receipt of a duplicate registration document and the procedure for replacing a registration document issued in the name of the principal with a vehicle registration certificate in the name of the attorney in case of his/her travel abroad, have been clarified.
