For this purpose, the attorney is granted the right to appear before the territorial service centres of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the National Police of Ukraine, customs authorities, insurers, notaries, commission traders dealing in motor vehicles, enterprises, institutions and organisations regardless of form of ownership and subordination; to submit and sign applications, explanations, petitions, contracts, acts, invoices, notices and other documents; and to receive certificates, extracts, copies, duplicates, the vehicle registration certificate, licence plates, transit licence plates, acts, conclusions and any other documents required for the use, operation and disposal of the bus.
The attorney is granted the right to use and operate the bus for its intended purpose, transfer the right to use it to persons who hold a valid driving licence for the relevant category, determine the place where the bus is parked at their discretion, submit the bus for maintenance, repair, diagnostics, washing, tyre service, towing, storage and mandatory technical inspection where required by law, receive the bus after repair, maintenance, towing or storage, sign handover certificates, work orders and completion certificates, and pay for such services.
The attorney is further granted the right to conclude in my name sale, exchange, lease, loan for use, pledge, commission, insurance and other civil-law contracts connected with the use and disposal of the bus, except for a gift agreement, determine the price and other terms of such contracts at their discretion, receive sums due to me under such contracts, file documents for state registration, re-registration, deregistration and changes to registration data, obtain duplicate registration documents and licence plates, and perform any other legally significant acts related to the bus.
The attorney is granted the right to enter into compulsory motor third-party liability insurance contracts for the owner of the vehicle, obtain insurance policies, report insured events, receive insurance compensation, certificates and other documents related to a road traffic accident, damage or restoration of the bus.
In the event of a road traffic accident, the attorney is granted the right to represent my interests before officers of the National Police of Ukraine, insurers and other persons, submit applications, explanations and petitions, receive rulings, reports, certificates, acts and other documents, and agree on compensation for damage.
This power of attorney is issued until "___" __________ 20__ with the right of substitution to other persons and with the right to use the bus outside Ukraine, if permitted by law and by the documents required for such use.
The provisions of Articles 244-250 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and the rules on state registration and accounting of vehicles have been explained to me.
