For this purpose, [full name of citizen B.] is authorized to represent my interests before the Inspectorate of Shipping and Port Supervision in Kyiv, notaries, other enterprises, institutions and organizations irrespective of their subordination and ownership, before business entities engaged in commission trade in vehicles and numbered units, before insurers, and before business entities providing maintenance and repair of vehicles, on all matters without exception related to the operation, alienation (sale and purchase, exchange) of the vessel, its re-equipment, repair and state technical inspection; to determine the mooring place of the vessel at his/her own discretion; if necessary, to deregister the vessel and register it; to obtain documents concerning registration numbers; to submit and receive the necessary certificates and documents, including applications, the ship's ticket, and a duplicate ship's ticket in case of loss; to conclude in my name civil-law agreements concerning disposal of and use of the vessel (sale and purchase, exchange, commission, lease, loan, etc.), except for a gift agreement, determining at his/her own discretion the price and other terms of such agreements; to receive the sums due to me under those agreements; to enter into voluntary insurance contracts for the water transport vehicle and obtain the insurance policy; in the event of damage to the vessel owned by me, to conclude in my name agreements for compensation of the damage caused and to receive the compensation due to me; to conclude contracts for maintenance and repair of the vessel, visually supervise the performance of such works, and receive documentary confirmation from the contractor of the type and scope of maintenance or repair performed; to pay, in my name, within the established time limits and amounts, taxes, fees and other mandatory payments, and to perform all other legally significant actions related to this power of attorney.
Under this power of attorney, [full name of citizen B.] has the right to operate the vessel technically and use it for its intended purpose.
This power of attorney is issued with the right to use the vessel outside Ukraine, with the right to delegate the powers to other persons and is valid until it is terminated in accordance with the established procedure.
