Power of attorney

I, [full name of citizen A.], passport holder, passport series ____ No. _____________, issued by _______________________________ on "____" _____________ _____ year, taxpayer identification number ____________, residing in Kyiv [address], acting freely and with full awareness of the meaning of my actions, pursuant to Articles 244-250 and 719 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, hereby authorise [full name of citizen B.], who resides in Kyiv [address], to gift on my behalf to [full name of the donee] the apartment [or 1/3 share of the apartment] No. 25 in building 38 on Stepana Bandery Street in Kyiv, and to take all actions necessary for notarisation of the gift agreement and state registration of ownership of this apartment.
For this purpose, the attorney may:
- represent my interests before a notary, the state registrar, a centre for administrative services, the State Register of Rights to Immovable Property, the Unified Register of Prohibitions on Alienation of Immovable Property Objects, and any other authorities, institutions or organisations involved in the gift and the registration of ownership;
- submit, sign and receive applications, explanations, motions, forms, acts, certificates, information certificates, extracts and other documents required for preparing, notarising and registering the gift agreement;
- order and obtain extracts from the State Register of Rights to Immovable Property, extracts from the Unified Register of Prohibitions on Alienation of Immovable Property Objects, and any other certificates required by the notary or state registrar;
- sign the gift agreement on my behalf, together with applications for state registration of ownership and any other documents connected with the apartment gift;
- receive, after registration, the extracts, registered documents and other materials confirming the transfer of ownership;
- pay notarial fees, the administrative charge, duties and any other mandatory payments connected with the notarisation of the agreement and state registration;
- perform any other legally significant acts necessary to complete the gift of the apartment and the registration of ownership, within the limits of the current legislation of Ukraine.
For the performance of these powers, the attorney may give explanations, sign the required applications and receive documents provided for by the notarial and registration procedures.
This power of attorney is issued without the right of delegation to third parties and remains valid until "___" ____________ 20__ or until revoked in the manner prescribed by civil law.
The content of Articles 244-250 and 719 of the Civil Code of Ukraine has been explained to me.
