 at the notary's office when concluding the relevant preliminary agreements, real estate purchase and sale agreements and when concluding lease (rental) agreements for real estate to be acquired in my name;
 in executive authorities and local self-government bodies, their structural subdivisions and subordinate bodies, in particular, in land resources bodies, bodies that register ownership rights to real estate, other enterprises, institutions and organizations regardless of their subordination, ownership and affiliation on all matters related to the acquisition of the above real estate and its lease (rent), with the right to order and receive documents necessary for the acquisition (lease) of real estate.
