in accordance with the requirements of Articles 244 and 1007 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and in confirmation of the oral power of attorney agreement concluded with the attorney,
in the presence of Alla Mykhailivna Kvitka, a notary of the Kyiv City Notary District (Kyiv, Krutyi Uzviz, 6a, apartment 3), whom I have chosen as a notary on my own and to whom I have applied voluntarily, by this power of attorney

For this purpose, [full name of citizen B.] is entitled to:
 to submit on my behalf the relevant applications related to the execution of the power of attorney (including applications that will be necessary due to my interests as a purchaser of property or the requirements of applicable law (in particular, family, civil and notary law; for an extract from the State Register of Transactions; for registration of ownership of the real estate donated to me, etc;
 to provide their arguments and considerations on all issues arising in the course of the execution of the assignment, which are provided for by law;
 to sign for me, in particular, but not exclusively, to sign a gift agreement without additional agreement with me;
 to receive documents drawn up in my name (with my participation), including (but not limited to): a copy of the gift agreement intended for me, an extract from the State Register of Transactions, technical documentation, if necessary, etc;
 to submit to the Kyiv City Bureau of Technical Inventory and Registration of Ownership of Real Estate the executed title document (gift agreement) and/or other documents, if necessary, in respect of the above real estate;
 to obtain a registered title document or a registration certificate to it;
 pay for the services rendered on my behalf and/or pay the state duty or other necessary payments;
 perform other actions provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine for such powers of attorney, and which will be necessary and appropriate for the correct and efficient execution of this power of attorney.

The power of attorney is issued without the right to delegate powers to third parties and shall remain in force until July twenty-six, two thousand twenty-eight, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the requirements of civil law, of which I shall notify the representative in writing.

The content of Articles 240-245, 247-250 of the Civil Code of Ukraine regarding the concept of a power of attorney, its form, terms, reassignment, termination of representation by power of attorney, revocation of a power of attorney and refusal of a representative to perform actions specified in the power of attorney, as well as the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Income Tax" have been explained to me by a notary.
