 apartment No. __ in the building No. __ at GEORGIVSKYI lane in Kyiv.
For this purpose, the representative is authorized to represent my interests in any institutions, enterprises, organizations regardless of their subordination and form of ownership, in state notary offices and before private notaries, in banking institutions, etc., to submit on my behalf any documents, including applications relating to the execution of this power of attorney, to receive certificates and other documents executed in my name, to sign for me, to conclude a mortgage agreement (agreements) for the apartments specified in this power of attorney, to receive in response to my requests any information on the mortgage agreement (agreements), and to receive any other information from the owner of the apartment.
