POWER OF ATTORNEY

I, [full name of citizen A.], holder of passport series ____ No. _____________ issued by _______________________________ on "____" _____________ _____, taxpayer registration number ____________, residing in Kyiv [address], acting voluntarily and in accordance with Articles 244-250 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, hereby authorise [full name of citizen B.], who resides in Kyiv [address], to act on my behalf in matters of ordering, filing, receiving, signing and approving the documents needed for the construction, completion, commissioning, state registration of rights and, if needed, the disposal of the unfinished residential building located at [address] and the land plot on which it stands.
For this purpose, the representative is authorised to:
- represent my interests before a Centre for Administrative Services (CNAP), the State Inspectorate of Architecture and Urban Planning of Ukraine (DIAM), executive bodies of local councils, the state registrar of rights to immovable property and their encumbrances, the state cadastral registrar, the BTI or any other technical inventory provider, a notary, land surveying, design, geodetic, utility and banking institutions, as well as any other authorities, institutions and organisations if needed to arrange the construction and the rights to the property;
- submit, sign and receive applications, motions, notices, declarations, permits, decisions, conclusions, certificates, extracts, technical conditions, town-planning conditions and restrictions, a building passport, design, technical and land management documentation, materials of engineering surveys, a cadastral plan, an extract from the State Land Cadastre, an extract from the State Register of Rights to Immovable Property, a technical passport, acts, receipts, agreements, supplementary agreements and any other documents needed for the construction and the formalisation of rights;
- order and obtain design documentation, schemes, plans, estimates, expert reports, geodetic and technical work materials, documents on the assignment or change of the property address, and any other documents needed for the construction and registration;
- file notices on the commencement of preparatory and construction works, applications for permits or other documents required by law, as well as applications and documents needed for the commissioning of the property;
- obtain a certificate or any other document confirming the commissioning of the property, and submit documents for the state registration of ownership of the completed or unfinished property, the land plot and amendments to the relevant registers;
- obtain and submit spousal consent, co-owner consent, land user consent, consent of owners of adjacent plots and other necessary documents if required by law or contract terms;
- submit and obtain documents needed for the disposal of the unfinished residential building and the land plot on which it stands;
- pay administrative, registration, notarial, technical, land, construction, banking and other mandatory charges, if they arise under the law;
- represent my interests in any disputes before all courts, as well as before the state enforcement service or a private enforcement officer, if the dispute or enforcement relates to these documents, the construction or the rights to the property and the land plot;
- perform any other actions necessary for the full performance of this power of attorney.
This power of attorney is issued until "__" ____________ 20__ without the right to delegate powers to other persons.
The content of Articles 244-250 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, as well as the relevant legislation on town-planning activity, state registration of rights to immovable property and the maintenance of the State Land Cadastre, has been explained to me by a notary.
