in accordance with the oral power of attorney agreement and in compliance with the requirements of Article 1007 of the Civil Code of Ukraine
I hereby authorize

who resides in the city of Kyiv [address],
TO REPRESENT MY INTERESTS
before third parties, in particular, before executive authorities and local self-government bodies, their structural subdivisions, relevant authorized bodies of land resources, in particular, the Main Department of Land Resources of the Kyiv City State Administration, the Main Department of Urban Planning, Architecture and Urban Design of the Kyiv City State Administration, state architectural and construction control bodies, the Kyiv City Bureau of Technical Inventory and Registration of Rights
In order to fulfill the above powers, [full name of citizen B.] is also granted the following rights:
 to make orders, petitions, submit documents on my behalf, including statements of relevant content;
 receive decisions, permits, order and receive certificates, technical and other documentation, any other documents
 to order an expert evaluation of a land plot that is not completed with the construction of a residential building;
 to order and receive certificates and other documents on the percentage of completion of the residential building and the cost of the work performed;
 to pay payments due from me both for the execution of documents and for the performance of other work;
 to sign documents, applications on my behalf, as well as to perform all other legally significant actions related to this power of attorney.
This power of attorney is issued by me for a period of one year and is valid until December fourteen, two thousand twenty-eight, without the right to delegate powers to other persons.
