For this purpose, the representative is authorized to represent the interests of the COMPANY in the relevant notary bodies, bureaus of technical inventory and registration of ownership of real estate, to submit and receive documents necessary for the conclusion of the sale and purchase agreement, including applications, to pay payments due from the COMPANY if such payments are provided for by the terms of the sale and purchase agreement, to pay the state duty (fee) for the COMPANY, to negotiate the price within the limits of the authority granted and to determine other essential terms and conditions.
