POWER OF ATTORNEY

acting voluntarily, fully aware of the meaning of my actions and pursuant to Articles 244-250 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, by this power of attorney I authorise [full name of citizen B.] (as of the date of issuance of the power of attorney - passport ___, issued by ___________ "__" ____________ __ year, registration number of the taxpayer's account card - ________), who lives at: Donetsk region, city of Sloviansk [address],
to represent my interests in obtaining documents, certificates, extracts and copies required for the preparation and completion of the alienation of my real estate at: [address].
For this purpose, the representative is entitled to act on my behalf:
- in administrative service centres, before state and private notaries, state registrars of rights to real estate and their encumbrances, BTI, state and municipal archives, residence registration bodies, housing and maintenance organisations, homeowners' associations, managing companies, suppliers of electricity, heating, gas and water, tax authorities, and any other enterprises, institutions and organisations regardless of ownership form, if this is necessary to obtain documents for the alienation;
- to submit, sign and receive applications, requests, petitions, explanations, forms and other documents required to obtain certificates, extracts, copies, duplicates, technical documentation and information from registers and archives;
- to receive the technical passport, certificate of characteristics, certificates of registered persons, certificates of no debt, extracts from the State Register of Rights to Immovable Property and, where necessary, from the State Land Cadastre, copies of title documents, archive certificates and any other documents required for the alienation of the property;
- to pay the administrative fee, state duty, notarial, archive, registration and other mandatory charges;
- to submit documents for state registration of rights to immovable property and their encumbrances, to receive the results of such registration actions, and to sign receipts, acts, applications and other documents relating to the performance of this power of attorney;
- to perform any other actions directly or indirectly related to obtaining documents and preparing the transaction for the alienation of the real estate.
The power of attorney is issued without the right to dispose of the said real estate, without the right to delegate powers to third parties and is valid until July ninth, two thousand twenty-eight, unless cancelled earlier in accordance with the procedure established for that purpose.
The content of Articles 244-250 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, as well as the legislation on the state registration of rights to immovable property and their encumbrances, the State Register of Rights to Immovable Property, archive institutions, administrative services, notarial practice and the procedure for obtaining copies, duplicates and extracts has been explained to me by a notary.
