POWER OF ATTORNEY

acting voluntarily, fully aware of the meaning of my actions and pursuant to Articles 244-250 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine "On Mortgage", by this power of attorney I authorise [full name of citizen B.] (as of the date of issuance of the power of attorney - passport _______, issued by _________________________________________________ "__" ____________ ___ year), who lives at the address: Kyiv [address],
to represent my interests in obtaining documents, certificates, extracts, copies and valuation reports required for the preparation and conclusion of a mortgage agreement in respect of the real estate owned by me, namely:
- buildings located at: Kyiv region, Vyshhorod district, Dymer village [address];
- structures of the canning workshop and the processing workshop located at: Kyiv region, Vyshhorod district, Dymer village [address].
For the proper execution of this power of attorney, the representative is entitled to:
- in administrative service centres, before state and private notaries, state registrars of rights to immovable property and their encumbrances, BTI, state and municipal archives, residence registration bodies, housing and communal bodies, energy supply providers, telecommunication providers, banks and other institutions, enterprises and organisations regardless of ownership form, if this is necessary to obtain documents for the mortgage;
- to submit, sign and receive applications, requests, petitions, explanations, forms and other documents required to obtain certificates, extracts, copies, duplicates, technical documentation, valuation reports and information from registers and archives;
- to receive the technical passport, certificates of characteristics, certificates of registered persons, certificates of no debt, extracts from the State Register of Rights to Immovable Property and, where necessary, from the State Land Cadastre, copies of title documents, archive certificates, valuation reports and any other documents required for the conclusion of the mortgage;
- to order an expert property valuation;
- to pay the administrative fee, state duty, notarial, archive, registration, valuation and other mandatory charges;
- to submit documents for state registration of the mortgage and other encumbrances, to receive the results of such registration actions, and to sign receipts, acts, applications and other documents relating to the performance of this power of attorney;
- to perform any other actions directly or indirectly related to obtaining documents and preparing the mortgage agreement.
The power of attorney is issued without the right to dispose of the said real estate, without the right to delegate powers to third parties and is valid until the eleventh day of July, two thousand twenty-eight, unless cancelled earlier in accordance with the procedure established for that purpose.
The content of Articles 244-250 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, as well as the provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Mortgage", the legislation on the state registration of rights to immovable property and their encumbrances, the State Register of Rights to Immovable Property, archive institutions, administrative services and the procedure for obtaining copies, duplicates and extracts has been explained to me by a notary.
