in the premises of the office of the private notary of the Kyiv City Notary District Kvitka A.M. (Kyiv, 6 A, Khoriva St., apartment 3), whom I have chosen as a notary and to whom I have applied voluntarily,
in confirmation and in fulfillment of the terms of the power of attorney concluded with the representative in accordance with the requirements of Articles 244, 1007 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, by this power of attorney

in front of state registrars and notaries, as well as, if necessary, in other bodies and institutions whose activities are related to the exercise of the powers provided for below in this power of attorney (in particular, in executive bodies, housing and communal bodies, internal affairs bodies, energy supply companies, telecommunication institutions, etc: extracts on registration of ownership, certificates (other documents) on the condition of real estate, on the absence of arrears of mandatory (due) payments, on the value/appraisal of real estate, etc.) necessary for me to conclude a subsequent transaction on the MORTGAGE of real estate owned by me, namely

- CONSERVATION AND PROCESSING BUILDINGS located at: Kyiv region, Vyshgorod district, Dymer village [address].
For the proper execution of the power of attorney, the representative is entitled to:
 submit on my behalf any applications (both written and oral) related to the execution of the power of attorney and substantiate the requests and wishes set forth therein;
 to sign for me (including signing statements related to the execution of the power of attorney on the terms and conditions known to the representative, petitions, etc;)
 to receive the documents belonging to me (issued for me) in respect of which the power of attorney is issued (including extracts of registration of ownership or other equivalent document, certificates (other documents) on the condition of the real estate, on the absence of debts on all mandatory (due) payments in respect of the said real estate without exception, documents on real estate valuation, etc;)
 to order an expert real estate appraisal;
 pay for the services rendered and actions performed for me;
 perform all other actions within the limits and to the extent provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine for such powers of attorney, which will be necessary to represent my interests within the framework of this power of attorney.
The power of attorney is issued without the right to dispose of the said real estate, without the right to delegate powers to third parties and is valid until January eleven, two thousand twenty-eight, unless canceled earlier than that date in accordance with the procedure established for that purpose.
The content of Articles 240-245, 247-250 of the Civil Code of Ukraine regarding the concept of a power of attorney, its form, terms, assignment, termination of representation by power of attorney, revocation of a power of attorney and refusal of a representative to perform actions specified in the power of attorney has been explained to me by a notary.
