I am aware of the general requirements, compliance with which is necessary for the validity of the transaction, realizing the significance of my actions and in accordance with the free expression of my will, which fully corresponds to my inner will, speaking Ukrainian, which allows me to communicate with the attorney and the notary without any language restrictions,
in accordance with the requirements of Art. 244 and Art. 1007 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, on the basis and in pursuance of the oral power of attorney agreement concluded with the attorney,
in the presence of Alla Mykhailivna Kvitka, a notary of the Kyiv City Notary District (Kyiv, Mykhailivska St., 6a, apartment 3), whom I have chosen as a notary on my own and to whom I have applied voluntarily, by this power of attorney

in the relevant institutions, enterprises, organizations, regardless of their subordination and organizational form of the city of Kyiv on issues related to:
1) ordering, preparing and obtaining for me DOCUMENTS related to the conduct of REPAIR WORKS (including redevelopment, reconstruction, project approval, etc.), and subsequent legal registration of the legality of such repairs, including - acceptance of real estate objects into operation, obtaining from the relevant authorized bodies technical and/or other documentation after the completion of repair (construction) works (in particular - title documents, if necessary) in respect of the property owned by me on the right of private

б) APARTMENT No. __, located in the building at No. __, located on Khoryva Street in Kyiv;
в) APARTMENT No. __, located in the building No. __, located on Khoryva Lane in Kyiv,
2) ordering and receiving the DOCUMENTS necessary for me to conclude transactions regarding the disposal of the above real estate.
For this purpose, I authorize the representative to:
to have free access to the specified real estate;
to prepare all documents, without exception, regarding the repair, redevelopment, reconstruction of real estate, based on the terms of the power of attorney agreement;
represent my interests in this regard in any institutions or enterprises regardless of their organizational form and subordination on issues related to ordering and obtaining the documents I need (including in the relevant district state administration, local self-government bodies, executive bodies, housing and communal bodies, any other organizations and institutions of the city of Kyiv (including, but not limited to, the following list): district sanitary and epidemiological station, state fire protection authorities, gas supply authorities, relevant department of urban planning, architecture and regulation of land relations of the district, relevant energy supply authorities, State Archive authorities, communication authorities, water utility, labor protection authorities, etc, the authorities of the State Archives, communication authorities, water and sewage authorities, health and safety authorities, etc. - on issues related to the proper execution of the assignment and whose competence is related to the resolution of issues of interest to me, as well as notary bodies, the Kyiv City Bureau of Technical Inventory and Registration of Ownership of Real Estate, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, etc;)
to submit on my behalf any applications (both written and oral) relating to the execution of this power of attorney and to substantiate the requests and wishes set forth therein on the terms and conditions known to the representative from our previous agreements;
to submit any other documents necessary to resolve the issues referred to in this power of attorney;
to obtain certificates, technical documentation, decisions, permits, approvals (consents) of competent authorities, a certificate of ownership of the apartment or other equivalent title document in accordance with the requirements of the law - if it is necessary after the repair work, as well as any other documents that, although not directly mentioned in the power of attorney, follow from its essence and are related to it - if such a need arises;
to sign for me;
to submit to the Kyiv City Bureau of Technical Inventory and Registration of Ownership of Real Estate Objects the title documents belonging to me (issued in my name) in respect of the above-mentioned real estate for registration of ownership and to receive them (with the relevant relevant documents) after registration;
to order and receive documents that, in accordance with the requirements of the applicable law, are necessary for the subsequent conclusion of transactions known to the representative regarding the disposal of the above-mentioned apartments (including certificates of characteristics, technical passports, certificates of registration of residence of persons in the above-mentioned apartments, etc;)
appeal against actions or omissions of officials who have violated my rights as the owner of the above-mentioned apartment in accordance with the procedure established by law and exercise all rights provided for by applicable law;
pay for the services provided and actions performed for me;
to perform any other actions within the limits and to the extent provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine for this kind of powers that I would have to perform in person to resolve the above issues and that will be necessary and appropriate for the representative to fully fulfill the assignment.
The power of attorney is issued without the right to delegate powers to third parties and without the right to alienate or otherwise dispose of real estate, and is valid until February twenty-second, two thousand twenty-nine, unless revoked earlier in accordance with the procedure established for that purpose, which I will notify the representative in writing.
The content of Articles 240-245, 247-250 of the Civil Code of Ukraine regarding the concept of a power of attorney, its form, terms, assignment, termination of representation by power of attorney, revocation of a power of attorney and refusal of a representative to perform actions specified in the power of attorney has been explained to me by a notary.
