POWER OF ATTORNEY

acting voluntarily, understanding the meaning of my actions and guided by Articles 244-250 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, by this power of attorney I hereby authorize [full name of citizen B.], who lives in Kyiv [address],
to represent my interests on matters related to the conclusion, signing, amendment, performance and receipt of documents under civil-law, banking and other contracts, as well as matters connected with my real estate and investment properties, including agreements on participation in the construction financing fund (FFB), namely:
- concluding agreements on amendments and supplements to FFB participation agreements, signing certificates of participation in the FFB, acts of acceptance and transfer of real estate objects and other documents, obtaining certificates and documentation, including technical documentation, concerning investment objects, including under FFB participation agreements No. _________ dated “____”___________ _______ year, No. _____________ dated “____” ______________ ______ year, and signing and receiving any other documents from any enterprises, institutions and organisations, including those listed above;
- ordering and receiving documents related to the registration of ownership of real estate objects, including investment objects under the above FFB participation agreements;
- submitting documents to administrative service centres (CNAP), bureaus of technical inventory (BTI), state registrars of rights to immovable property, notaries, archive institutions, authorised structural units of the Kyiv City State Administration, banking and financial institutions, executive authorities, state architectural and construction control bodies and other bodies and organisations, if this is needed to perform this power of attorney;
- representing my interests in other enterprises, institutions and organisations regardless of their organisational form and subordination on issues of ordering and receiving the documents I need, including executive bodies, housing and maintenance organisations, land resources bodies, gas, electricity, heat, water supply and communications bodies, and bodies dealing with urban planning and architecture;
- submitting and signing on my behalf any statements, documents, supplementary agreements, explanations, requests, petitions and complaints necessary to perform this power of attorney;
- obtaining certificates, technical documentation, decisions, orders, permits, acts, approvals, certificates of ownership of real estate or other title documents, and signing the necessary documents for me;
- entering into any civil-law contracts on my behalf, including loan agreements, credit agreements, banking contracts, pledge agreements, sale and purchase agreements, lease (rental) agreements, assignment of claims and others, and determining the terms of such contracts at their own discretion, in particular the price, terms and other essential conditions;
- making changes and supplements to the contracts concluded by me by entering into the relevant supplementary agreements; concluding contracts permitted by the applicable law regarding my property rights;
- appealing, in accordance with the procedure established by law, against actions or omissions of officials who have violated my rights as a real estate owner, and exercising all rights granted to me by applicable law;
- paying for the services rendered and works performed; receiving the monetary sums due to me under civil-law contracts; paying the sums due from me;
- opening any accounts in banking institutions on my behalf and entering into the relevant banking contracts;
- performing any other actions provided for by the applicable law for this kind of authority, which I would perform when personally resolving the issues, and which will be necessary and appropriate for the full exercise of the powers under this power of attorney.
The power of attorney is issued without the right to delegate powers to other persons and is valid until the thirteenth day of December, two thousand twenty-nine, unless revoked by me earlier.
The content of Articles 244-250 of the Civil Code of Ukraine regarding the concept of a power of attorney, its form, term, delegation, termination of representation by power of attorney, revocation of a power of attorney and refusal of a representative to perform the actions for which it was issued has been explained to me by a notary.
