in the Municipal Commercial Unitary Enterprise "Financial Company "Zhytlo-Invest", the Main Department of Housing of the Kyiv City State Administration, the Municipal Enterprise "Zhytloinvestbud UKB", the Municipal Enterprise "Zhytlo-Service", banking and financial institutions, State Architectural and Construction Inspectorate, notary bodies, archival institutions, Municipal Enterprise "Kyiv City Bureau of Technical Inventory and Registration of Ownership of Real Estate Objects", executive authorities, their structural subdivisions and subordinate bodies, etc. on issues related to
 conclusion of agreements on amendments and additions to the agreements on participation in the Construction Financing Fund (hereinafter referred to as the CFF) concluded by me with the Municipal Commercial Unitary Enterprise "Financial Company "Zhyttlo-Invest", signing certificates of participation in the CFF, acts of acceptance and transfer of real estate objects and other documents, obtaining certificates and other documents and documentation, including technical documents, regarding investment objects, including under agreements on participation in the CFF No. _________ dated "____" ___________ _______, No. _____________ dated "____" ______________ ______, signing and receiving any other documents from any enterprises, institutions and organizations, including the above;
 ordering and receiving documents related to the registration of ownership of real estate, including investment objects in accordance with the above agreements on participation in the PFMS;

 submitting documents to the Kyiv City Bureau of Technical Inventory and Registration of Ownership of Real Estate Objects and obtaining documents on registration of ownership, ordering and receiving certificates - characteristics necessary for concluding civil law contracts with real estate objects owned by me.
For this purpose, the representative is also entitled to:
 represent my interests in this regard in any other enterprises, institutions and organizations, not stipulated by this power of attorney, regardless of their organizational form and subordination, on issues related to ordering and obtaining the documents I need (including in the relevant district state administration, executive bodies, housing and maintenance bodies and organizations, any other organizations and institutions of the city of Kyiv, including sanitary and epidemiological control bodies, state fire protection bodies, etc.
 to submit and sign on my behalf any statements related to the execution of this power of attorney;
 to submit any other documents necessary to resolve the issues stipulated by this power of attorney;
 to obtain certificates, technical documentation, decisions, orders, permits, acts, approvals (approvals of competent authorities, certificates of ownership of real estate or other documents of title to real estate and in accordance with the requirements of the law); to sign for me;
 to enter into any civil law agreements on my behalf, including loan agreements, credit agreements, banking agreements, pledge agreements, sale and purchase agreements, lease (rental) agreements, assignment of claims, etc., to determine the terms of such agreements at its sole discretion, including their price, terms, etc;
 to make changes and additions to the agreements concluded by me by concluding the relevant agreements; to conclude agreements permitted by the current legislation regarding my property rights;
 appeal in accordance with the procedure established by law against actions or omissions of officials who have violated my rights as a real estate owner and exercise all rights granted to me as an owner and provided for by applicable law;
 pay for services rendered and work performed; receive monetary amounts due to me under civil law contracts;
 to pay monetary amounts due from me;
 open any accounts in banking institutions on my behalf, conclude relevant banking agreements;
 perform any other actions provided for by the applicable law with respect to such powers that I would have to perform in person and that will be necessary and appropriate for the full exercise of the powers of attorney.
The power of attorney is issued without the right to delegate powers to other persons and is valid until December thirteenth, two thousand twenty-seven, unless revoked by me earlier.
The content of Articles 240-245, 247-250 of the Civil Code of Ukraine regarding the concept of a power of attorney, its form, terms, assignment and termination of representation by power of attorney, revocation of a power of attorney and refusal of a representative to perform the actions for which it was issued, has been explained to me by a notary.
