TO REPRESENT MY INTERESTS
in any enterprises, institutions and organizations, regardless of subordination and forms of ownership and industry, including the Municipal Enterprise "Kyiv City Bureau of Technical Inventory and Registration of Ownership of Real Estate", in executive authorities and local self-government bodies, their structural subdivisions, in energy, water, electricity and communication authorities, in housing and maintenance authorities and organizations, in the internal affairs bodies on all issues related to me as an apartment owner
For this purpose, the representative shall have the right of free access to the said apartment, to submit on my behalf documents, including statements of any content related to the execution of this power of attorney and the need for which will be caused by my interests as the owner of the apartment, to receive any certificates, permits, decisions and other documents, duplicate documents, repeated documents, to sign for receipt of documents, to agree and resolve all issues that may arise in the course of exercising the powers granted to him/her, to pay the fees due from the apartment owner.
The power of attorney is issued without the right to transfer powers to other persons and is valid until July twenty-second, two thousand twenty-nine, unless revoked by me earlier, which I shall notify the representative in writing.
