POWER OF ATTORNEY

acting voluntarily, understanding the meaning of my actions and guided by Articles 244-250 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, by this power of attorney I hereby authorize [full name of citizen B.], who lives in Kyiv [address],
to be my representative in respect of my share of non-residential premises located at Kharkiv [address], on all matters related to their use, maintenance, repair, technical service, conclusion of contracts and receipt of documents, namely:
- to apply to administrative service centres (CNAP), bureaus of technical inventory (BTI), state registrars of rights to immovable property, local self-government bodies, district state administrations in Kyiv, land resources bodies, archive institutions, internal affairs bodies, fire safety bodies, sanitary control bodies, design organisations, insurers, appraisers and experts, as well as to energy, water, gas and communications enterprises and organisations, if this is needed to process the documents;
- to submit on my behalf applications, documents, explanations, requests, petitions and other documents necessary to perform this power of attorney, including for state registration of ownership or other property rights in respect of the said share of non-residential premises;
- to obtain documents, certificates, duplicates, repeated documents, as well as any other documents concerning the above real estate, including decisions, permits, conclusions, certificates, extracts from the State Register of Property Rights, project and technical documentation, expert and other opinions;
- to enter into civil-law contracts on my behalf with housing-maintenance bodies, as well as with energy, water, electricity, gas and communications bodies and organisations, to amend and terminate such contracts in accordance with the established procedure;
- to pay the amounts of money due from me both under civil-law contracts and in connection with the ordering and production of documents and documentation;
- to sign documents, including applications and contracts, and to sign for receipt of documents;
- to perform all other legally significant actions related to this power of attorney.
The power of attorney is issued without the right to delegate powers to other persons and is valid until the second day of February, two thousand twenty-nine, unless revoked by me earlier in accordance with the established procedure.
The content of Articles 244-250 of the Civil Code of Ukraine regarding the concept of a power of attorney, its form, term, delegation, termination of representation by power of attorney, revocation of a power of attorney and refusal of a representative to perform the actions for which it was issued has been explained to me by a notary.
