 in the Odesa City Council, Odesa City State Administration, other executive and local government bodies, their subordinate bodies and structural units, including state architectural control bodies, land resources bodies, etc;
 in the bureau of technical inventory and registration of ownership of real estate objects to register ownership of the specified share of non-residential buildings, order and receive technical documentation, extracts from the Register of Property Rights, etc;
 in internal affairs bodies, including territorial fire protection units;
 in the bodies and institutions of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Service;
 in state and non-state communication enterprises;
 in housing and maintenance authorities, design organizations, before insurers, appraisers, experts;

In this regard, I authorize the representative to:
 to submit documents and any applications on my behalf;
 to receive documents, certificates, duplicate documents, repeated documents, as well as any other documents relating to his/her rights in respect of the above real estate (decisions, permits, conclusions, certificates, certificates), if necessary, to order and receive any design and technical documentation, expert and other opinions
 to enter into civil law contracts on my behalf with housing and maintenance authorities, as well as with enterprises, institutions and organizations of energy, water, electricity and communication, etc., contracts for amendments and additions to them, and to terminate such contracts in accordance with the established procedure;
