POWER OF ATTORNEY

fully aware of the significance of my actions and acting in accordance with my free will and with my inner will, acting voluntarily and guided by Articles 244-250 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, by this power of attorney I hereby authorize [full name of citizen B.], who lives in Kyiv [address],
to accept as a gift for me, on behalf of [full name of citizen V.] (born “__” _________ __ year; passport ________, issued by _____________________________________ “___” ________ __ year; taxpayer registration number _______; residence registration - Kyiv [address]), the share of apartment No. __ in house No. __, located on Tarasivska Street in Kyiv, which belongs to him on the right of private ownership.
For this purpose, [full name of citizen B.] is entitled to:
- submit on my behalf the relevant applications necessary for accepting the real estate as a gift and for the state registration of title to the real estate object gifted to me, and to support the information, requests and wishes set out in them;
- present arguments and views on all issues arising in the course of performing the assignment, including issues of family, civil and tax law, as well as notarial law;
- sign for me, in particular, but not exclusively, to sign the gift agreement without further approval from me;
- receive documents issued in my name, including a copy of the gift agreement, extracts from the State Register of Rights to Immovable Property, technical documentation and other documents, if needed;
- make payment on my behalf for services rendered and pay state duty, taxes and other necessary payments;
- submit documents to administrative service centres (CNAP), bureaus of technical inventory (BTI), state registrars of rights to immovable property, notaries, archive institutions and other bodies and organisations, if this is needed for the execution of the gift and the state registration of title;
- perform other actions provided for by the applicable law of Ukraine that will be necessary and appropriate for the proper and effective performance of the assignment.
The power of attorney is issued with the right to delegate powers to third parties and remains valid until the twenty-second day of August, two thousand twenty-nine, unless its effect is terminated earlier in accordance with the requirements of civil law, of which I will notify the representative in writing.
The content of Articles 244-250 of the Civil Code of Ukraine regarding the concept of a power of attorney, its form, terms, delegation, termination of representation by power of attorney, revocation of a power of attorney and refusal of the representative to perform actions specified in the power of attorney, as well as the requirements of the Tax Code of Ukraine, have been explained to me by the notary.
