For which [full name of citizen B.] is authorized to:
 represent my interests in this regard in any enterprises, institutions and organizations regardless of organizational form and subordination regarding the ordering and receipt of documents necessary for me (including in the relevant district state administration, executive bodies, notary bodies, bureaus of technical inventory and registration of ownership of real estate, housing and maintenance bodies and organizations, any other organizations and institutions of the city of Lviv, including gas, electricity, heat and power supply companies)
 to order and receive documents that are required by applicable law to conclude an apartment purchase and sale agreement, certificates of registration of residence in the said apartment, etc;
 to submit on my behalf any statements related to the execution of this power of attorney and provided for by the applicable law, in particular the law on notaries (that the apartment to be alienated is not an object of joint ownership and/or marital status, etc;)
 submit any other documents necessary to resolve the issues stipulated by this power of attorney;
 to enter into a preliminary contract of sale of the apartment on terms and conditions at his/her own discretion with the right to make advance or any other payments;
 to conclude the contract of sale of the apartment, and at its own discretion to determine the price, possible terms and other terms of the contract;
 to sign for me on applications, contracts, other documents and in their receipt;
 to pay for services rendered, work performed, and other payments due from me, including if they are provided for by the terms of civil law contracts to be concluded;
 receive the money due to me under the preliminary agreement and under the apartment purchase and sale agreement;
 to perform other legally significant actions provided for by the applicable law with respect to such powers that I would have to perform in person and that will be necessary and appropriate for the full exercise of the powers of attorney.
The power of attorney is issued without the right to delegate powers to other persons and is valid until August twenty-third, two thousand twenty-eight, unless revoked by me earlier, which I shall notify the representative in writing.
The content of Articles 240-245, 247-250 of the Civil Code of Ukraine regarding the concept of a power of attorney, its form, terms, assignment and termination of representation by power of attorney, revocation of a power of attorney and refusal of a representative to perform actions for which it was issued, has been explained to me by a notary.
