POWER OF ATTORNEY

acting voluntarily and guided by Articles 244-250 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, by this power of attorney I hereby authorise [full name of citizen B.], who lives in Kyiv [address],
to represent my interests in matters of state registration of ownership of the garden house No. ___ located in the garden association "ENERGOBUDIVELNYK" at: Kyiv region, Obukhiv district, Ukrainka city, as well as the land plot with an area of 0.104 hectares, cadastral number ____________.
For this purpose, [full name of citizen B.] is entitled to:
- represent my interests before notaries, administrative service centres (CNAP), bureaus of technical inventory (BTI), state registrars of rights to immovable property, state cadastral registrars, local self-government bodies, executive bodies, land management organisations, archive institutions, the garden association, and providers of energy, gas, water, heat, communications and telecommunications services, as well as any other institutions and organisations needed to formalise the rights to the house and land;
- order and receive documents, certificates, extracts and records needed for state registration of ownership, including extracts from the State Register of Real Rights to Immovable Property, extracts from the State Land Cadastre, the technical passport, land management documentation, decisions and other documents on the transfer of the land plot, copies, approvals, acts and any other documents required by the notary or state registrar;
- submit on my behalf applications, petitions, explanations and other documents needed to arrange and state-register ownership of the garden house and land plot, and receive them;
- submit for state registration any contract or other title document relating to the garden house, as well as the documents required to register ownership of the land plot, and receive the result of such registration;
- act on my behalf with the executive bodies of the garden association and with institutions providing energy, gas, water and heat supply, as well as communications and telecommunications services, performing all actions that I would otherwise have to perform personally;
- pay on my behalf mandatory fees, administrative, registration and other payments related to the preparation and state registration of ownership, and pay for services rendered and actions performed for me;
- perform all other actions within the scope provided by the current legislation of Ukraine for this type of authority that are necessary and appropriate to protect my interests under this power of attorney.
This power of attorney is issued without the right to delegate powers to third parties and is valid until the nineteenth day of October, two thousand twenty-nine, unless revoked earlier in the prescribed manner, of which the representative will be notified in writing.
The notary has explained to me the content of Articles 240-245, 247-250 of the Civil Code of Ukraine concerning the concept of a power of attorney, its form, term, delegation, termination of representation by power of attorney, revocation of a power of attorney and the refusal of a representative to perform the actions for which it was issued.
