in the relevant authorized institutions, enterprises, organizations of the Kyiv region (including state and local authorities, executive bodies, land management bodies, technical inventory bodies, internal affairs, etc:
1) registration of the property right that arose in me in relation to the PROPERTY, namely, to the GARDEN HOUSE under No. ___, located in the garden association "ENERGOBUDIVELNYK", located at: Kyiv region, Obukhiv district, Ukrainka city;
2) obtaining the State Certificate of Ownership of the land on which the above-mentioned garden house is located (land plot of 0.104 hectares; cadastral number ____________).
For the proper execution of the assignment, I authorize him/her to:
to submit on my behalf any applications (both written and oral) related to the execution of the power of attorney and to substantiate the requests and wishes set forth therein;
to sign for me (including signing statements, applications, submissions related to the execution of the power of attorney, petitions, etc;)
to receive documents, acts, certificates, extracts, permits, decisions, approvals, acts, other documents belonging to me (issued for me), if such a need arises;
to submit to the relevant authorized bureau of technical inventory and registration of ownership of real estate objects in Kyiv region the purchase and sale agreement I have concluded in respect of the above-mentioned GARDEN HOUSE for registration of ownership and receive it (with the relevant relevant documents) after registration;
to submit to the relevant authorized council and/or the relevant land management body of Kyiv region all the documents required by the current legislation of Ukraine necessary to obtain a title document for the land plot and to obtain the State Act of Land Ownership and other related documents;
to regulate on my behalf the relations with the executive bodies of the garden partnership, as well as with the bodies engaged in the provision of energy, gas, water, heat supply, as well as telephone and telecommunications services, taking all those actions that I would have to take personally;
pay mandatory fees on my behalf, pay for services rendered and actions performed for me;
perform all other actions within the limits and to the extent provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine for such powers of attorney, which will be necessary and appropriate to protect my interests within the framework of this power of attorney.
The power of attorney is issued without the right to delegate powers to third parties and is valid until October nineteen, two thousand twenty-nine, unless revoked earlier than this date in accordance with the procedure established for that purpose, of which the representative will be notified in writing.
The content of Articles 240-245, 247-250 of the Civil Code of Ukraine regarding the concept of a power of attorney, its form, terms, reassignment, termination of representation by power of attorney, revocation of a power of attorney and refusal of a representative to perform actions specified in the power of attorney has been explained to me by a notary.
