Power of attorney

I am aware of the general requirements, compliance with which is necessary for the validity of the transaction, realizing the significance of my actions and in accordance with the free expression of my will, which fully corresponds to my inner will, speaking Ukrainian, which allows me to communicate with the attorney and the notary without any language restrictions,
in accordance with the requirements and pursuant to Articles 244 and 1007 of the Civil Code of Ukraine on the basis of an oral power of attorney agreement concluded with the attorney,
at the premises at the address: 6a Mykhailivska St., Kyiv, apartment 3, which is the office of the notary of the Kyiv City Notary District Kvitka Alla Mykhailivna, who was chosen by me as a notary for this transaction and to whom I voluntarily applied for the certification of the following power of attorney, hereby

in the relevant body (bureau) of the Bureau of Technical Inventory and Registration of Ownership of Real Estate in Kyiv Region on the registration of ownership of real estate acquired by me, namely
1) a residential house with outbuildings and structures, which I purchased under a house sale and purchase agreement certified by a private notary of the Boryspil District Notary District ______ "__" _____________ ___ year under the register No. __, and which is located at: KYIV region, Boryspil district, PLUTY village [address], and
2) a residential building with outbuildings and structures, which was purchased by me under a contract of sale of a house, certified by a private notary of the Boryspil District Notary District on ___ "__" _____________ ____ year under the register No. ___, and which is located at: Kyiv region, Boryspil district, Pluty village [address].

By virtue of the powers based on this power of attorney, [full name of citizen B.] is authorized to
 sign on my behalf (including signing applications, petitions, etc.);
 submit any applications (both written and oral) related to the execution of the power of attorney and substantiate the requests and wishes set forth therein
 to submit the above-mentioned title documents for residential buildings and/or other documents, if any, to the relevant bureau of technical inventory and registration of ownership of real estate objects (BTI) as assigned;
 to obtain registered title documents or any other equivalent (equated) documents, including extracts of registration of ownership, etc;
 pay for the services provided and actions performed for me;
 perform all other actions within the limits and to the extent provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine for this type of authorization that I would have to perform in person to resolve the issues specified in this power of attorney.

The power of attorney is issued without the right to transfer the powers granted to third parties and without the right to dispose of the real estate specified therein, and shall remain in force until December thirty-first, two thousand twenty-five, unless terminated earlier by revocation, of which I shall notify the representative in writing.

The content of Articles 240, 244, 245, 247-250 of the Civil Code of Ukraine regarding the concept of a power of attorney, its form, terms, termination of representation by power of attorney, revocation of a power of attorney and refusal of the representative to perform actions specified in the power of attorney has been explained to me by a notary.
