- represent my interests in territorial service centres of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the National Police of Ukraine, before insurers, notaries, maintenance, repair, storage and towing providers, and other enterprises, institutions and organisations regardless of ownership or subordination;
- submit and sign on my behalf applications, explanations, requests, forms, acts, notices and other documents; sign documents for me; receive certificates, copies, duplicates, the vehicle registration certificate, temporary registration certificate, license plates, including transit plates, and any other documents related to the car;
- carry out state registration, re-registration, deregistration and amendments to the registration data of the car, determine the parking place of the car, undergo state technical inspection, arrange maintenance, repair, diagnostics, storage, towing and transport of the car, including while driving it during movement, provided the attorney has the corresponding driving licence category;
- order and pay for services related to the operation of the car, and pay taxes, fees, administrative and other mandatory payments, including those connected with registration, maintenance and storage;
- enter into motor third-party liability insurance contracts and other insurance contracts, receive insurance policies, certificates and other documents related to an insured event;
- perform all other legally significant actions related to the proper operation and maintenance of the car.
For the exercise of the powers granted, the representative shall have the right to use and operate the car in accordance with its intended purpose.
This power of attorney is issued without the right to alienate the car and without the right to delegate the powers to third parties, and remains valid until "___" ____________ 20__ or until revoked in accordance with the procedure established by civil law.
