TO REPRESENT MY INTERESTS
in the bodies of the State Automobile Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, in any other bodies and organizations regardless of subordination, forms of ownership and affiliation, before insurers, before business entities that perform maintenance and repair of vehicles, on all issues related to the car belonging to me on the basis of the Certificate of registration of the vehicle series ____ № _________ issued by the Traffic Police Department of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the city of Kyiv "____" __________ _____ of the year, AUDI brand, model A8, chassis number ERTYUPK4E96N033961, black color, registered by the Traffic Police Department of the Main Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Kyiv "____" __________ ____ year under the registration number ___________,
and starting from June 30, 2023 (i.e. after the existing restrictions are lifted)
Dispose of the specified car
(sell or exchange, pledge as collateral for my own obligations, as well as lease, loan, etc.)
For what purpose Citizen B. also has the right to represent my interests in notary bodies, commission shops, before insurers, in other enterprises, institutions and organizations regardless of their subordination and forms of ownership on all issues related to the operation, alienation (sale, purchase, exchange) of the car, its re-equipment (change of type and model of the car, color, replacement of the engine, body, other parts in accordance with the established procedure), repair, state technical inspection; determine at their own discretion the place of parking of the car; if necessary, deregister the car, register the car; obtain transit numbers; to submit and receive necessary certificates and documents, including applications, vehicle registration certificate, a duplicate of the registration document in case of its loss, to conclude civil law contracts on my behalf for the disposal and use of the car, determining the price and other terms thereof at my discretion, to receive monetary amounts due to me under these contracts; to conclude contracts of compulsory civil liability insurance of the vehicle owner, to obtain a policy of compulsory civil liability insurance of the vehicle owner.
The power of attorney is valid until September 4, two thousand twenty-five, with the right to use the car abroad and with the right to delegate powers to other persons.
When exercising the powers under this power of attorney during its validity period, the representative has the right to operate the car in accordance with its intended purpose.
The content of paragraph 55 of the Rules for State Registration and Registration of Automobiles, Buses, as well as Self-Propelled Machines Constructed on the Chassis of Automobiles, Motorcycles of All Types, Brands and Models, Trailers, Semi-trailers and Motorized Wheelchairs, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1388 dated September 07, 1998 No. 1388, which stipulate the need to reissue a power of attorney in case of receipt of a duplicate registration document and the procedure for replacing a registration document issued in the name of the principal with a vehicle registration certificate in the name of the attorney in case of his/her travel abroad, have been clarified.
