I, [full name of citizen A.] (born in the city of Zhytomyr on "__" ___________ __ year; passport _________, issued by _________________________ "__" _________ __ 1999; taxpayer identification number ___________), residing at [address], and acting under a power of attorney with the right of subdelegation, certified by a private notary of the Kyiv City Notary District ___ "___" ______________ __ year under register No. ___ (form ___ No. __), on behalf of [full name of citizen B.] (taxpayer identification number - ________), who resides at [address], fully aware of the legal consequences of my actions and within the powers granted to me in the original power of attorney, which is still valid on the date of this act, and pursuant to Articles 244 and 1007 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and in confirmation of the oral agency agreement concluded with the agent, in the premises that are the workplace of the notary of the Kyiv City Notary District Kvitka Alla Mykhailivna (6a Mykhailivska St., Kyiv, apartment 3), whom I chose voluntarily and to whom I applied of my own free will, by this power of attorney I partially delegate the powers granted to me and authorise [full name of citizen V.], who resides at [address], to dispose of (sell or exchange) the vehicle belonging to the principal on the basis of the VEHICLE REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE ___________, issued by the territorial MIA service centre in Dnipropetrovsk Region on "__" _____________ ___ year, a TOYOTA LAND CRUISER PRADO 150 vehicle, year of manufacture 2022, grey colour, chassis No. YTIHH20V330257853, registration number _______, registered in the name of the owner by the territorial MIA service centre in Dnipropetrovsk Region on "__" ____________ ___ year.

For the purpose of exercising the powers granted by this act, on behalf of the owner and for the exercise of his ownership rights in respect of the said vehicle, [full name of citizen V.] has the right to:

• submit applications and any documents related to the powers set out above;
• receive all documents, without exception, necessary and proper for the owner and issued for the owner;
• sign for the owner of the vehicle, including executing disposal documents for the said vehicle in the interests of the owner, agreements to terminate such transactions, and agreements on compensation for damage in the event of a road traffic accident, in compliance with the requirements of the applicable civil law;
• represent the owner's interests in insurance companies on all matters related to vehicle insurance and the receipt of insurance proceeds, including comprehensive insurance (CASCO);
• for the purpose of carrying out the granted powers, transport the vehicle (drive it), including outside Ukraine, in compliance with the requirements of the Rules on state registration and accounting of cars, buses, and self-propelled machines built on car chassis, motorcycles of all types, brands and models, trailers, semi-trailers and motorized carriages approved by Resolution No. 1388 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 7 September 1998;
• deregister the vehicle and surrender the state number plates, or register it within the time limits established by law;
• represent the owner's interests in all institutions, enterprises and organisations, regardless of their ownership form and subordination, on matters related to the operation of the said vehicle and the exercise of the owner's rights in respect of the vehicle, in particular before the competent authorities in the event of changes to the vehicle registration certificate, a change of colour or replacement of vehicle units, before notary bodies, at service and repair stations and before customs authorities;
• in the event of loss of the registration certificate, request the issue of the relevant title document or its duplicate and receive such document;
• obtain a temporary registration card if necessary;
• obtain transit number plates if necessary;
• undergo a technical inspection of the vehicle;
• obtain permits and/or licences for transport operations;
• order an expert valuation of the vehicle and receive the documents issued as a result;
• pay on behalf of the owner the necessary fees and taxes, including state duty and the tax on vehicle owners, and, if necessary, receive refunds thereof;
• receive money under the concluded contracts;
• perform all other acts within the limits and scope provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine for this type of authority, and which the owner would have had to perform if he had dealt with the above matters personally.

The powers granted under this power of attorney may not be further delegated to third parties.

This power of attorney remains valid until "___" ____________ 20__ year, unless its validity is terminated earlier by me or by the principal (the vehicle owner).

The notary has explained to me the content of Articles 240-245 and 247-250 of the Civil Code of Ukraine regarding the concept of a power of attorney, its form, terms, subdelegation, termination of representation by a power of attorney, revocation of a power of attorney and the refusal of a representative to perform actions specified in the power of attorney.
