POWER OF ATTORNEY

in accordance with the oral power of attorney agreement
have given this power of attorney to [full name of citizen B.],
who lives in the city of Shostka, Sumy region [address],
TO REPRESENT MY INTERESTS
in the Municipal Enterprise "Kyiv City Bureau of Technical Inventory and Registration of Ownership of Real Estate Objects", in notary bodies, in housing and maintenance bodies and organizations, in heat, water, electricity and communication organizations, in tax authorities, in other enterprises, organizations, regardless of their subordination, form of ownership and affiliation on issues related to the collection (ordering and receiving), submission of documents and conclusion on my behalf of lease (rental) agreements for the apartment No. __ in the house No. __ on Khreshchatyk Street in Kyiv.
For this purpose, the representative is authorized to:
 to submit on my behalf the necessary documents, including statements related to the execution of this power of attorney and the need for which will be caused by both my interests as the owner of the above-mentioned apartment and the requirements of the current legislation, in particular the legislation on notaries;
 to receive any certificates and other documents drawn up in my name, including certificates of characteristics,
 sign the relevant lease agreements for me, determining the terms, amount of rent and other material terms thereof at its sole discretion;
 to sign for me on other documents and in their receipt;
 to coordinate all issues that may arise in the course of exercising the powers, to pay payments due from me, including if they are provided for by the terms of the lease agreements and the requirements of applicable law;
 receive money due to me as a result of transactions;
 make any repairs, improvements and reconstruction that the attorney-in-fact deems necessary and if required by the technical condition of the said real estate and the terms of the agreements to be concluded on my behalf, to draw up estimates for this purpose, to obtain documentation, including technical documentation, to conclude contractor agreements with any individual, enterprise, organization, to obtain decisions, permits, other documents and documentation from the relevant authorized bodies;
 perform all other legally significant actions related to this power of attorney.
The power of attorney is issued for a period of ten years and is valid until January third, two thousand thirty-two, unless revoked by me earlier.
The representative does not have the right to redelegate powers under this power of attorney.
