 represent my interests in this regard in any enterprises, institutions and organizations, regardless of their organizational form and subordination, regarding the ordering and receipt of documents necessary for me (including in the relevant district state administration, executive bodies, housing and maintenance bodies and organizations, any other organizations and institutions of the city of Kyiv, including banking institutions, gas, energy, heat, water supply and communication bodies, urban planning, architecture, state architecture bodies)
 to submit on my behalf any statements related to the execution of this power of attorney and provided for by the applicable law, in particular, the law on notaries (that I am a widower, etc.)
 submit any other documents necessary to resolve the issues stipulated by this power of attorney;

 to order and receive documents that, in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation, are necessary for the subsequent conclusion of transactions on the disposal of the above apartment, including certificates of characteristics, technical documentation, certificates of registration of the place of residence of persons in the said apartment or the absence of such persons, etc;
 appeal in accordance with the procedure established by law against actions and omissions of officials who have violated my rights as the owner of the above apartment, and exercise all rights granted to me as the owner and provided for by applicable law;
 to determine the amounts, terms and other conditions of agreements on the alienation and use of the above real estate at its own discretion;
 make payments for services rendered and work performed;
 receive the money due to me as a result of the transactions;
 perform any other actions provided for by the applicable law with respect to such powers that I would have to perform in person and that will be necessary and appropriate for the full exercise of the powers of attorney.
The power of attorney is issued with the right to delegate powers to other persons and is valid until April third, two thousand twenty-seven, unless revoked by me earlier, which I will notify the representative in writing.
The content of Articles 240-245, 247-250 of the Civil Code of Ukraine regarding the concept of a power of attorney, its form, terms, reassignment and termination of representation by power of attorney, revocation of a power of attorney and refusal of a representative to perform actions for which it was issued, has been explained to me by a notary.
