in accordance with the power of attorney agreement concluded orally with the attorney,
and in accordance with the requirements of Article 1007 of the Civil Code of Ukraine,
I hereby authorize

who lives in the city of Kharkiv [address],
registration number of the taxpayer's account card

to acquire, in accordance with the procedure and in compliance with the requirements of the current legislation, any real estate on the territory of Ukraine, including residential houses, garden houses, apartments, land plots, the acquisition of which is allowed by the land legislation and which the representative considers appropriate to acquire based on their value, location and conditions, etc.
Why [full name of citizen B.] is entitled to:
 represent my interests in notary bodies, land resources bodies, as well as in any other enterprises, institutions and organizations regardless of subordination, ownership and affiliation;
 to order, receive and submit documents necessary for the conclusion of real estate purchase agreements;
 to coordinate any issues arising in the course of exercising the powers;
 submit applications, including those provided for by the notary regulations;
 to pay the cost of work on the execution of documents;
 sign documents, including purchase and sale agreements, on the terms and conditions that the representative may determine at his/her own discretion, and sign for receipt of documents;
 make changes and additions to the concluded agreements;
 pay payments and fees due from me;
 submit documents for registration of ownership of real estate objects purchased by me to the relevant authorities that carry out state registration of ownership;
 in accordance with the established procedure, to formalize my ownership of the land plots to be acquired by me, with the right to obtain state acts of land ownership;
 to perform all other legally significant actions related to this power of attorney.
The power of attorney is issued for a period of three years and is valid until August seventh, two thousand twenty-five, without the right to delegate powers to other persons.
