POWER OF ATTORNEY

I, a Belgian citizen [full name of citizen A.], holder of passport ____________, issued by _______________________________ “____” _____________ _____ year, taxpayer registration number ____________, residing in Kyiv [address],
able to express my will and communicate with the notary without the involvement of an interpreter, acting voluntarily, understanding the meaning of my actions and guided by Articles 244-250 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, by this power of attorney I hereby authorize [full name of citizen B.], who lives in Kharkiv [address],
to be my representative on matters of acquiring, in compliance with the law, any real estate in Ukraine, including residential houses, garden houses, apartments and land plots whose acquisition by foreign citizens is permitted by land legislation, as well as other real estate that the representative considers appropriate to acquire based on its value, location and terms of acquisition, namely:
- to represent my interests before notary bodies, administrative service centres (CNAP), bureaus of technical inventory (BTI), state registrars of rights to immovable property, land resources bodies, archive institutions, banking and financial institutions, and other enterprises, institutions and organisations regardless of subordination, ownership and sector affiliation;
- to order, receive and submit documents required to conclude real estate acquisition agreements and for the state registration of title to the acquired real estate objects;
- to coordinate any issues arising in the course of exercising the powers, and to submit applications, including those provided for by notarial regulations;
- to pay the cost of document processing work, as well as the sums and fees due from me;
- to sign documents, including sale and purchase agreements, on terms the representative may determine at their sole discretion, and to sign for receipt of documents;
- to make changes and supplements to the concluded agreements;
- to submit documents for registration of title to the acquired real estate objects to the relevant bodies carrying out state registration of rights;
- to formalize my title to the land plots to be acquired by me, with the right to receive extracts from the State Register of Rights to Immovable Property and other registration documents;
- to perform all other legally significant actions related to this power of attorney.
The power of attorney is issued for a term of three years and is valid until the seventh day of August, two thousand twenty-seven, without the right to delegate powers to other persons.
