TO BUY
in my name for the price and on the terms known to him, in any of the settlements of the Luhansk region any residential building and the land plot on which it will be located and which will belong to the alienator (alienators) of the residential building on the right of private ownership.
For this purpose, the representative is granted the right to represent my interests in the notary bodies, to submit and receive documents necessary for the conclusion of the purchase and sale agreement(s), including statements, the submission of which is provided for by the current legislation, that the funds to be transferred under the agreement(s) as a means of payment are not an object of joint ownership, pay the relevant payments due from me, including state duty, fees, fees provided for by the current legislation, etc., determine the terms and other essential terms of the real estate purchase and sale agreement(s), make settlements with the seller(s), sign the agreement(s), as well as other documents, if necessary, represent my interests in the relevant body of technical inventory and registration of ownership of real estate objects regarding registration of ownership of a residential building purchased in my name, in land resources bodies, executive authorities and local self-government bodies regarding registration of ownership of a land plot, with the right to obtain a state act confirming my ownership of a land plot, as well as to perform all other legally significant actions.
The power of attorney is issued for a period of three years and is valid until September twenty-four, two thousand ten, without the right to delegate powers to other persons.
