in accordance with the oral power of attorney agreement and in compliance with the requirements of Article 1007 of the Civil Code of Ukraine
have given this power of attorney to

who lives in the city of Kharkiv [address],
with the authority to conclude on my behalf lease (rental) agreements for the apartment No. __ in the house No. __ on Stadionna Street in Kyiv, which belongs to me on the right of private ownership.
For which I grant him the right to:
 to order and receive documents necessary for the conclusion of lease (rental) agreements, including certificates of characteristics;
 submit documents;
 to enter into lease (rental) agreements on my behalf, determining at his/her own discretion the essential and optional terms of such agreements, in particular, the lease (rental) term, the amount of rent, with the right to receive the monetary amounts due to me under such agreements;
 to represent my interests in all enterprises, institutions, organizations, regardless of their form of ownership and affiliation, including local executive authorities and local self-government bodies, housing and maintenance bodies, heat, water, energy, gas supply, communication bodies, notary bodies, the Kyiv City Bureau of Technical Inventory and Registration of Ownership of Real Estate, as well as tax authorities in resolving issues related to my taxation, etc;
 in all courts provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On the Judicial System of Ukraine", with all procedural rights granted by law to the plaintiff, defendant, third party and victim, including the right to file a claim, fully or partially waive the claim, recognize the claim in full or in part, change the grounds or subject matter of the claim, conclude an amicable agreement, and appeal the court decision;
 in the state executive service bodies on issues related to the enforcement of court decisions, submission of enforcement documents on my behalf.
Under this power of attorney, the representative is also authorized to submit and sign all documents without exception necessary for the exercise of the powers granted, including applications, complaints, appeals and other applications and complaints, including those required by the legislation on notaries, declarations, lease (hire) agreements, agreements on amendments and additions to previously concluded agreements, termination of agreements, pay, if necessary, the relevant payments for me, including utility and other taxes, to complete, sign and submit income tax returns on my behalf, and to perform all other legally significant actions related to this power of attorney.
The power of attorney is issued without the right to delegate powers to other persons and is valid until its termination in accordance with the established procedure.
The power of attorney shall be valid until December thirty-first, two thousand twenty-five, with the right to delegate powers to other persons.
