POWER OF ATTORNEY
City of Kyiv, twenty-eighth day of April, two thousand twenty-four
I, [full name of citizen A.], holder of passport series ____ No. _____________, issued by _______________________________ “____” _____________ _____ year, taxpayer registration number ____________, residing in Kyiv [address],
acting voluntarily and guided by Articles 244-250 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, by this power of attorney I hereby authorise [full name of citizen B.], who lives in Kharkiv [address],
to enter into lease (rental) agreements on my behalf in respect of the apartment No. __ in building No. __ on Stadionna Street in Kyiv that belongs to me on the right of private ownership.
For this purpose, the representative is entitled to:
- order and receive documents needed for the conclusion of lease (rental) agreements, including property-description certificates, extracts and other documents required to confirm the condition and legal status of the apartment;
- submit on my behalf applications, documents, petitions, explanations, complaints and other papers needed to perform this power of attorney;
- enter into lease (rental) agreements on my behalf, determining at their own discretion the essential and additional terms of such agreements, in particular the lease term, the amount of rent, the payment procedure, with the right to receive the monetary amounts due to me under such agreements;
- represent my interests in all enterprises, institutions and organisations regardless of form of ownership or subordination, including local executive bodies and local self-government bodies, housing and maintenance bodies, OSBB, the building manager, heat, water, electricity and gas supply bodies, communications bodies, notary bodies, administrative service centres (CNAP), bureaus of technical inventory (BTI), and tax authorities when resolving matters related to my taxation and other related issues;
- represent my interests before all courts established by the laws of Ukraine, with all procedural rights granted to the plaintiff, defendant, third party and victim, including the right to file a claim, fully or partially waive claim requests, admit a claim, change the subject matter or grounds of a claim, conclude a settlement agreement and appeal a court decision;
- represent my interests before the state enforcement service bodies and private bailiffs in matters related to the enforcement of court decisions, and submit enforcement documents on my behalf;
- sign and submit all documents without exception needed to perform the granted powers, including statements, complaints, appeals and other applications and complaints, declarations, lease (rental) agreements, agreements amending and supplementing previously concluded agreements, and agreements terminating contracts;
- pay on my behalf the relevant payments, including utility payments, taxes and other mandatory expenses, if they are needed to perform this power of attorney;
- complete, sign and submit income declarations on my behalf, and perform all other legally significant actions related to this power of attorney.
This power of attorney is issued with the right to delegate powers to third parties and is valid until the thirty-first day of December, two thousand twenty-nine, unless terminated earlier in the prescribed manner, of which the representative will be notified in writing.
The content of Articles 244-249 of the Civil Code of Ukraine has been explained to me by a notary.
