by this power of attorney I authorize

TO REPRESENT MY INTERESTS
in the relevant enterprises, institutions and organizations of the city of Kyiv, regardless of subordination, affiliation and organizational form, on issues related to the approval and obtaining permission for redevelopment, extension, repair works and equipment of a separate entrance group with the subsequent legal registration of the legality of such redevelopment, extension, repair, including acceptance of the real estate object into operation, obtaining technical and/or other documentation from the relevant authorized bodies after completion of repair works (b)

For this purpose, I authorize the representative to:
 to prepare all documents, without exception, regarding the redevelopment, extension and repair of the above-mentioned apartment;
 represent my interests in this regard in any enterprises, institutions and organizations regardless of their organizational form and subordination on issues related to ordering and obtaining the documents I need (including in the relevant district state administration, executive bodies, their structural subdivisions and subordinate bodies and organizations, housing and maintenance bodies and organizations, any other organizations and institutions of the city of Kyiv, including sanitary and epidemiological control bodies)
 to submit and sign on my behalf any statements related to the execution of this power of attorney;
 to submit any other documents necessary to resolve the issues stipulated by this power of attorney;
 to receive certificates, technical documentation, decisions, orders, permits, acts, approvals (approval of competent authorities, certificate of ownership of real estate or other title document for the apartment (instead of the sale and purchase agreement) and in accordance with the requirements of the law - if necessary after the repair work, as well as any other documents; to sign for me;
 to submit to the Municipal Enterprise "Kyiv City Bureau of Technical Inventory and Registration of Ownership of Real Estate Objects" the documents executed in my name regarding the above-mentioned real estate for registration of ownership and receive them after registration;
 to conclude a maintenance agreement with the housing and maintenance authorities;
 to appeal in accordance with the procedure established by law against actions or omissions of officials who have violated my rights as the owner of the above real estate, and to exercise all rights granted to me as the owner and provided for by applicable law;
 to pay for the services provided and the work performed;
 perform any other actions provided for by the applicable law with respect to such powers that I would have to perform in person and that will be necessary and appropriate for the full exercise of the powers of attorney.

The power of attorney is issued without the right to delegate powers to other persons and is valid until September seventh, two thousand twenty-nine, unless revoked by me earlier than the date set forth.
The content of Articles 240-245, 247-250 of the Civil Code of Ukraine regarding the concept of a power of attorney, its form, terms, assignment and termination of representation by power of attorney, revocation of a power of attorney and refusal of a representative to perform the actions for which it was issued, has been explained to me by a notary.
