POWER OF ATTORNEY

in accordance with the oral power of attorney agreement and in compliance with the requirements of Article 1007 of the Civil Code of Ukraine
I hereby authorize:

to be my representative in relations with state authorities, local self-government bodies and their officials, administrative service centers, notaries and notary offices, banking institutions, the Commission for consideration of issues related to compensation for destroyed real estate; social protection authorities on all issues related to compensation for destroyed real estate and with the authority to purchase at the price and other conditions that the representative has the right to determine at his/her own discretion
For this purpose, I hereby grant the following powers to the attorney-in-fact:
 to submit on my behalf and sign applications for compensation for destroyed real estate;
 to sign on my behalf commitments to take measures to minimize the negative impact on human health and the environment during construction works; 
 submit and sign on my behalf an application for the compensation recipient to join the agreement on the assignment to the state/territorial community of the right to claim against the Russian Federation for compensation for damages for the destroyed real estate caused by hostilities, terrorist acts, sabotage caused by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, in the amount of compensation received.
 Open a current account on my behalf with a special mode of use for crediting compensation for destroyed real estate; submit documents on my behalf, including applications related to the exercise of the powers granted; conclude relevant banking agreements, terminate agreements, make necessary changes and additions to them; receive certificates or other documents on the availability of funds, interest (accruals) on them or the movement of these amounts; transfer non-cash funds from current accounts to any other accounts
 to provide any requested information or submit any documents to receive compensation for the destroyed real estate;
 to obtain a housing certificate on my behalf, 
 to finance the purchase of an apartment, other residential premises, a manor house, a garden or a country house using a housing certificate;
 to conclude and sign on my behalf preliminary agreements, agreements for the sale and purchase of any real estate, including but not limited to, using a housing certificate to be purchased in my name; 
 to conclude and sign on my behalf transactions to finance the acquisition of real estate/ premises/ building to be constructed/built in the future, or to invest/finance their construction using a housing certificate;
 to submit and sign on my behalf the application of the owner (co-owners) of the object for state registration of the termination of ownership of the object in connection with its destruction;
 submit on my behalf objections, appeals and complaints against decisions, actions or omissions of the Commission for consideration of issues related to compensation for destroyed real estate, including by filing on my behalf complaints/objections and acts of commission inspection and/or objections to the decision of the Commission for consideration of issues related to compensation for destroyed real estate to grant/refuse to grant compensation and/or objections related to the amount of compensation and/or complaints against any other decisions of the Commission for consideration of issues related to compensation for destroyed real estate;
 signing of preliminary, purchase and sale agreements, submission and signing of other documents, in particular, statements of relevant content, payment of the cost of the purchased real estate, receipt of documents, other documentation, certificates of characteristics, receipt of state acts of private ownership of land in case of its purchase, receipt of certificates from housing and maintenance organizations, energy, water, electricity and communication authorities, internal affairs authorities, etc., other certificates and documents, the submission of which is mandatory for the conclusion of purchase and sale agreements.
This power of attorney is issued for a period until August thirtieth, two thousand twenty-five, without the right to delegate powers to other persons.
