in accordance with the requirements and pursuant to Articles 244 and 1007 of the Civil Code of Ukraine on the basis of an oral power of attorney concluded with the attorney,

For the proper exercise of the powers granted by this power of attorney, the representatives shall be granted all the rights required by the current legislation related to ensuring the proper operation of the vehicle, in particular with regard to:
 technical inspection of the vehicle;
 its maintenance and repair;
 signing and submitting applications and/or other necessary documents related to the power of attorney on my behalf;
 ordering and paying for services;
 paying the necessary fees and taxes on my behalf (including payment of the vehicle owner's tax);
 concluding a vehicle owner's liability insurance contract;
 Driving a car (transportation of a car) in the course of execution of the power of attorney, including outside Ukraine (in compliance with the requirements of the RULES of state registration and registration of cars, buses, as well as self-propelled machines constructed on the chassis of cars, motorcycles of all types, brands and models, trailers, semi-trailers and motorized wheelchairs, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1388 dated September 7, 1998);
 performing all other legal actions within the limits and to the extent provided for by the legislation of Ukraine for such powers of attorney.
Depending on the circumstances, the representatives may exercise the powers granted to them under the power of attorney both jointly and separately (independently) from each other. In the latter case, the one who actually performs the actions stipulated in the power of attorney will be considered my representative.
The power of attorney is issued WITHOUT THE RIGHT TO ALIENATE THE CAR and without the right to delegate powers to third parties and shall remain valid until December eleven, two thousand twenty-three, unless terminated earlier than the specified date by cancellation in accordance with the requirements of civil law, of which I will notify the representatives (representative) in writing.
The content of Articles 240-245, 247-250 of the Civil Code of Ukraine regarding the concept of a power of attorney, its form, terms, assignment, termination of representation by power of attorney, revocation of a power of attorney and refusal of a representative to perform actions specified in the power of attorney has been explained to me by a notary.
